Absulte scammers I’ve uploaded proof 20 times for the same yet I had to send driving license with a selfie nowhere is this logged
It’s always the same emails scammers somebody needs to look into this scaming company

I’ve used various gaming sites and this is the worst. They’ll happily let you deposit without verifying your identity and are using your own card and money but when I comes to withdrawing it’s a different story. Won 260 pressed withdraw and it asked for 5 sets of documents. My ID was initially rejected but sent my driving license instead no issues. The other documents say in pending and I noticed my withdrawal cancelled and back on my balance. Sent screenshot of my PayPal cards verified as did my address.refuse to accept my PayPal personal info page and photo of the linked bank accounts. Both displaying the exact information they asked for and have been rejected 3 times. Doing everything they can to avoid letting me withdraw funds. I understand completing checks for fraud but this is just stupid. Will keep fighting them and as the other reviews please steer clear and use a bigger reputable site.

Scammers! Reject verification docs constantly to stop me making a withdrawal. Email support to ask what was wrong with my documents and no response.

Avoid playing on this site in my opinion. Played and won in the first instance 237 after 4 days it landed in my account after many “checks were made on me “ then landed a 1500 win …no replied to any emails and they are not paying out still ..apparently my account is still to be verified again ???? How ??? I’ve already had a pay out ??? Total ignorance emails repeat themselves I’ve reported them to the gambling commission and I suggest everyone else does the same that they have “thieved for want of a better word their money from” absolutely disgusting with no point of contact others than emails … don’t play your money … you won’t get it back if you’re lucky enough to win !!!!!

Deposited over 200 pound since opening account and I won 300 I made a withdrawal after sending my documents of ID and I keep getting them rejected when they are correct. I’m owed my £300 and won’t stop till I get it. So angry it’s a understatement.

You have most likely won some money and have been prompted to supply documents.
This is where your nightmare starts!!
Being from the UK and they are well aware that if you click the button to withdraw it by law can't be reversed.
So how they get around this they will not let you withdraw to you are fully verified. Your balance is sitting there ready to get blew!!!
You send multiple emails as its the only way you can contact them.
Then with there terms and conditions they have 72 hours to respond.
Now they know fine well its like putting a alcoholic in a house with drink in the fridge and telling him not to drink it. They know it's only a matter of time before you break!!!
Then when you have and blew your balance they will be in contact!!!
I broke after 5 days. £2300 gone in 15 mins.
Then within 24 hours I got a email to say I was verified.
I opened a complaint through there complaints process.
Would not answer any questions I asked. Just half hearted responses.
Anyways these cowboys are total crooks!!!
Take your money then the minute you win no contact!!
If everyone that has fell victim to this tried and tested routine. Makes a complaint to the ombudsman or the gaming commission something is bound to be done!!
This is no way to treat customers .

Several emails to no avail. No contact whatsoever from them. If they reply its complete and utter avoidance of your original question.

I will be taking this further with the ombudsman and my bank to get my winnings back.

Won over £1300 could not withdrawl. Says I needed to upload documents but the site won’t allow me. Also on several occasions when I hit big the site glitched and took me previous game. Who can I report this site to?

Won £400 never saw a penny.
They took away ALL of my winnings in a transaction they call an 'admin adjustment'.
No contact made, no reason why, just drained my entire account in one swoop.

As with many other players I have experienced severe issues when trying to withdraw my winnings. Although I provided docs not long ago they asked for all these again then wanted various bank statements to show deposits to them. It seems they drag out this process unnecessarily. Funny how they still allow you to deposit money though.

Awful!!! after being a member for over 3 years i finally won now when trying to withdraw through my paypal account which I deposited with they are making it extremely difficult now wanting photo of all cards linked to PayPal screenshot of bank statement resent photo I'd (passport) and utility bill which I used to confirm identity 3years ago now not good enough quick to take money nightmare to withdraw be careful with this site

Gutted been scammed out £10,could have been worse u wont get ur money as u cant even withdrawal, they should be prosecuted
