Ordered a storage box

Ordered a storage box from Wiz in Tools. Paid £49.99. Instantly received two emails from a company called 'festboxy'. They took 2 payments from my account. One for £42 and another for £20.35. The emails confirmed I had purchased credits to spend in their shop and welcomed my new subscription.
I instantly knew it was a scam and contacted my bank straight away. I have since found out both 'wiz in tools' and 'festboxy' are well known scammers!!

Suggested site tools.myshopify.com to make a purchase in pounds leads you to createserv.com thanking you for purchasing a gift card in euros who then make additional charges on your credit card.
