Wait to receive an order for a million years.

I put the order to Wittner shoes on the 1st/Jan/2026 and I didn't receive the item so I sent to them an email 2 times. 13 days later they send to me an email and said I'll get a refund. Hopeless.
Never ever buy anything from Wittner again.

When I was ordering on my phone I accidentally clicked on two different sizes for same shoe in different colours.
I received a phone call from the kind lady who was organising my order. Instead of ordering two by size 38 I ordered one at size 38 and one at size 35. I was so impressed that someone took the time to call me to question my order. To the very observant lady thank you so much, you are a great ambassador for the Wittner brand.

Mixed review

I love the look and comfort of these sandals.
Unfortunately the quality of workmanship on the undersole is not to standard. After 3 weeks the soles are fraying and collapsing.

Breach of Australian Consumer Laws

Breach of Australian Consumer Laws

Purchased shoes online for click and collect. They failed to honour the sale, so instead posted them. They arrived, 2cm longer than a usual size 40. All attempts to obtain a refund have been blocked including refusal to pay for the $14.95 return postage. I have submitted a complaint to Consumer Protection, as in reading reviews, Wittner has its own interpretation of Australian Consumer Laws. Do not buy because they will not refund items that do not match the description.

Not ready to wear óld lady shoes' yet!!

HI Catherine,

I have been a Wittner Shoes customer since i commenced my working career some decades ago.
I have purchased 1000's of Wittner shoes over the years - I have boxes to support that.

what i have noticed gradually over the years, and i have shoes to do so, is that the size of shoes seems to have become narrower over the years. I can still fit into a standard size shoe 38-39 in many other competitors brands, but are having many challenges to do so with a Wittner shoe or sandal. This is most frustrating as i love Wittner shoes and would still continue to purchase them, only for sizing fit challenges.
Sadly I have had to purchase Midas and Jo Mercer shoes recently as your shoes are no longer a good fit.
Some of my friends have stated the same thing, that they feel the fit is now very narrow for many women. I feel sad because i am not ready to wear óld lady' shoes just yet and still love a beautiful shoe!

maybe this can be considered moving forward.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered shoes online from Wittner and was sent sizes that didn’t match: one shoe was size 36 and the other was size 40. I requested a refund for the (full priced) shoes, and also asked that they reimburse the return courier fee given the mistake was theirs. They stopped responding to my follow-up emails. I called and left a voicemail but no one returned my call. I returned the shoes (which they refunded) and emailed them a copy of the receipt as proof of the return cost. While Wittner may not be legally obligated to cover the cost of the return courier, it would have been the ethical and customer-friendly approach to do so considering the mistake was on their end. Wittner’s customer service lets this brand down. I will not be purchasing from them again and will not be recommending them to anyone I know.

Wittner Shoes refusing to reinstate an…

Wittner Shoes refusing to reinstate an expired credit note because it is no longer on their system. Myself a seasoned Customer Service professional, plus any general consumer knows this is an absolute cop out for service, as any credit note can be recreated within 5 minutes with good reason, and mine was %100 a Wittner’s staff members poor service in store, putting the Credit Note under the tissue hidden below the shoes in the box and not handing the Credit Note directly to myself in store. The refusal of the person whom responded from the Wittner Customer Service Team who had the ordacity to send a such an unintelligent response that they had cut and paste from google thinking I would be happy with: “We apologise for the inconvenience and understand this is disappointing” would only show how much they think I am simply unimportant as a customer. My money in their pocket for no goods, means no further business from me.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Went to Highpoint shopping centre to get an exchange for my shoes but got the worst treatment! An older woman was serving me. She was super rude!

My order took 2 weeks to dispatch

My order took 2 weeks to dispatch. Customer Support did not respond despite my polite and amicable message.
I understand online orders may have delays once they have been dispatched but for it to take two whole weeks to even pack my order, is really poor and unnecessary.

OH the boots!!!

OH the boots! The boots! I opened the box and it was like opening the doors of Mecca. They are so so beautiful. Wide at the top too so they fit my calves. And they sparkle. THEY SPARKLE.
I am in love.
Parcel arrived quickly too which is always a bonus!
