Scam website?? Horrible service at minimum

I cancelled my order and did receive a refund back. This company is likely struggling due to Covid, however, more up front, honest and clear communication would have gone a long way to reassuring me that it is not a scam website.

I ordered last week so i can get my phone fixed but they still not shipped my item. In the website it still says PROCESSING. Order Sony Xperia XZs parts and they are still not responding. Oh come on witrigs.

Do not buy on this site

4 moths of waiting (I paid extra money for delivery times too). They stopped to respond to my emails. There are better places to buy, avoid this one

SCAM

SCAM, not shipping orders
I have made an order, but did not get any receipt or confirmation. When I checked the order status on their webpage it was not shipped after a whole week since the payment. They ignore my emails too.

I ordered several items around (115$)…

I ordered several items around (115$) and haven't received them. The order was placed June 8th and by the shipping option i chose it should arrive 3-7 days latter the initial day. it is now June 17th a whopping 11 days passed the supposed ship date. I urgently need these items as i need my phone to work for my occupation. A refund dispute is very near as i have tried to email the "witrigs support" email 3 times with no response. My order has been charged to my debit card and i have debated calling my bank and submitting a fraud investigation. Please assist me.

Be cautious, no items, no refund..

My order had to be delivered in 3 - 7 business days (to Lithuania). This was the information from the Witrigs website. After placing an order in the end of April I still have no items. At the end of May I requested a refund by registering RMA and describing the reasons in detail, RMA is still in "Pending Approval". I doubt Witrigs are operational at all.

All I ever find trying to track my items (I have a tracking number) is that my items are circulating somewhere in China (for whatever reason):
2020-05-05 Items picked up from the sender (China);
2020-05-07 Items in the senders country distribution center (China);
2020-05-14 Items sent to the country of recipient;
2020-05-27 Items sent to the country of recipient (yes, once again!);
2020-06-08 Arrive at the destination processing center (China);
2020-06-09 Arrive at the destination processing center (China);
2020-06-15 Arrive at the destination processing center (China);

I would consider wrong address could be specified by Witrigs on purpose to have items returned. I would have never ordered knowing I will have to wait forever or if I will receive my items at all..

Short update [2020-06-30]. No items yet, Witrigs staff refuses to return money paid and requests waiting week after week.. I would strongly recommend anyone not to buy from them, since you will simply get ignored in such case..

Another update [2020-06-30]. I am calling my post office every day since mid-June. Their answer is that this package has not reached our country yet.

Well, should of trusted the reviews on this website. Still havent receive any email, confirmation or tracking number since i ordered on the 2nd of June. Hopefully this might push them To do something with the order. If not, here comes the refund dispute

I did not recicve an order number at all.. Only my paypal recipt. You cannot post email addresses in reviews, and you do not answer the emails I send..

I sent ANOTHER email to the email they list below, and another day goes by without a response..

I have not received confirmation or shipping notice; OR responses to any emails I have sent (Any email listed on their site)

I have started a payment dispute.

I have sent the support email listed below (The one they are asking me to email again). I have sent this email multiple emails over the last two weeks and still am yet to recieve a reply.. I have sent another but will likely still get a refund

As you can read under my last review, they claim they have reached out to me to refund me but I can assure you this is not the case. They have stated I cannot speak to a manager, they have stated I must wait another 3 months to receive a refund which would mean I will have waited 7 months. What a load of Garbage.Funnily enough, I ordered something off ofWish.com that after months hadn’t arrived AND guess what? After reaching out to them, they i mediately cancelled my order and refunded me. This company is the most fraudulent scammer company I have ever encountered. Save yourself a pile of headaches and avoid this company at all costs.

Since we shipped, we have not received the package after 90 working days (excluding weekends), we will give you a refund, not wait three months after you have not received the package. This site is basically a scam

This site is basically a scam. They'll charge you for whatever and never send you any confirmation, invoice number or package.
They are actually based in China but they try to make it look like they are in Europe.

Just takes your money and runs away

Order placed 30th of May, money has been drawn but no order confirmation or email whatsoever from them. I have tried to contact them but it's unsuccessful. Avoid at all costs. I have started a return with my credit card.

UPDATE: Got a confirmed tracking number, but still have no email at all from them or in my junk mail.

IT'S A SCAM

IT'S A SCAM. Awful and fake customer support, stealing money while not proving that a package even exists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They conspire with Hysan, LLC. Google that company, and it is a total scam, too. Witrigs cannot prove to me that my package exists, and is ignoring my emails demanding a refund, even after I gave them a chance to identify the package and prove to me it exists. I'm working with my bank to get my money back, and reporting them to the BBB and FTC and I encourage you all to do the same.

Communication could be better as they…

Communication could be better as they stopped replying to my emails after and I had no clue whether I was going to get my package or not.

5 stars because I understand delays were probably caused by COVID19 and my new note 9 replacement screen came well packaged and my phone is working perfectly.

You need to reply to your customers and update them on their purchases. I didn't even get a confirmation email!

I have been waiting for my package for…

I have been waiting for my package for over 60 days. Tracking doesnt work. Lyed to me telling me the package had arrived on my country and my logístics company says otherwise.
They cant tell me where it is, keep giving me excuses, COVID and asking for more time.
I have asked for a refund and they say they "cant handle refunds".

Scam

Scam. Placed an order, it's been stuck at Chinese customs for a month, they shipped it from China despite implying and offering European shipping (which I selected) and now don't respond to emails. Complete and utter scam. Avoid.

Edit: Everything below as a response is a lie. They have not responded to my emails, the items are still stuck at Chinese customs 2 months later, they have offered no refund or replacement shipping and are just ghosting me. I'm having to try to recover funds through my bank.

If everything they ship uses sir China, why do they advertise multiple couriers are checkout - everything BUT the Chinese couriers. Being able to accurate track my items and having fewer customs issues is what you think you pay for. Instead they have claimed it's all shipped fro. The same place with the same couriers below.

Whatever you do DONT USE THEM. happy to provide tracking info and emails for proof.

SCAMMERS!!!

Product purchased in Nov 2019. As i travel for work, I did not engage my phone shop to repair the device until April. The box sent by Witrigs was at home until COVID grounded my work related travel.

Since I now had time to look at getting my phone required, I gave my phone shop the parts that I had recieved from Witrigs in november still in the box Witrigs shipped it in. When the technician installed the screen and tested it, he advised that it did not work. He provided a tax invoice outlining his testing and his findings.

Witrigs are trying to justify that they dont need to replace it because I didnt have it installed on day 1.

They justify refusing warranty because I won't send them a video of me putting the device together to show them the screen is dead.

Pure scam, steer very clear of this one

It has been three months since you received the goods. You told me that it was not used. As soon as I sent it to the repair shop, the repair shop told you that the package was bad. We do n’t need you to provide other proofs. You only need to take the damaged product. The picture or video was sent to us, but you refused and asked to send the product to you again. This kind of request is obviously unreasonable!

They've kept me informed about my order status at all time, (may be some people didn't know but there is something outside called coronavirus affecting stock, delivery times, etc... : P). Their YouTube tutorial for replacing the screen of my phone was very helpful, and the screen is working properly. Mis dieses!!!
