Seriously, I couldn't be more impressed with this software. I spent the last 2 months trying to force Zoho to do even a quarter of what Moxie does. Finding Moxie has been a game changer!

I absolutely love this software. I went through a whole bunch of different platforms before settling on Moxie. Although some might look like they've got marginally more polish, for my video marketing agency, which is starting off with me and a bunch of freelancers, this continues to surprise me, ticking every single box I need it to.

Every time I think something will be out of scope, it's got the feature for it. It's clearly designed by people who have done this before and done the freelance thing which makes it a pleasure to use.

I use a lot of software and I'm grateful the one I'm most impressed with is arguably the most critical to my business being a success.

I recently switched to Moxie and I loooove it, for the most part everything is easy to get and set up, but for more specific things and a couple of bugs it would be nice for it to be easier to get help.

The task time-tracking can get convoluted fast when you have a task within a task and you're trying to see it for an overall project. I somehow managed to have time tracked for a deleted task and it took me a while to figure out how to just 'delete' tasks, not archive them? It's got little quirks like that.

That being said, I still recommend Moxie to everyone, for me the CRM/pipeline was the main thing I wanted and oh my gosh it's amazing. I can see what money I have sitting around in my client relationships to follow up and it's really given me the confidence to get on it.

Right now it has everything I need for a fraction of the price I was paying, so glad I tried it and I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops!

I like that you have videos throughout the software and separate training videos. Since I often forget to do things, it's nice to review.
I wish you had a video that explained what an opportunity and a client is. I understand it, but it's still confusing. Usually when I work with a client, it's one individual not a company and I have not had anyone from their company ask to work with me.

It's simple to setup, especially with the sample information, and it does everything I need for a small consultancy.

Absolutely LOVE Moxie! I've been piecing together systems in my freelance business since I started, and it's so nice to have everything in one place. It's easy to track tasks and post status updates/notes to remind me where I'm at on a project. I combine Moxie with the Full Focus Planner - Moxie makes the weekly preview so easy because everything about my business is front and center. Love that it comes with a phone number for business contacts. The templates and customization save me so much time. I can generate an invoice with the click of a button. And clients love the client portal! I wish I'd have started my business with Moxie all those years ago - so, if you're on the fence, just do it. You'll thank yourself in a year or two.

I'm new to Moxie as of the last 30 days and I'm already loving it. The entire app is well thought through and things feel intentional and connected. The help guides and tips coming during onboarding are spot on and useful. I'll be cancelling a bunch of other subscriptions soon and migrating over for sure!

I’ve been using Moxie to manage my freelance business, and I believe the word needed here is game-changer. Or is that two words? Whatever. I'm using it to track time, projects, clients, and leads. You can use their templates or your own; it's just a great, all-in-one tidy, intuitive platform.

There's so much you can do with Moxie; it's easy to get a little overwhelmed. If you just add a little at a time, you'll soon be building out your CRM and doing other stuff that involves abbreviations and acronyms.

Anyway, if you're a freelancer juggling all things freelance-y and love checking items off a list, then Moxie will be your thing.

I've just switched to Moxie after using Honeybook for several years. I was paying more for Honeybook and they wanted to up my rate again by over 50% more just to keep zoom connected to my scheduling calendars. As soon as I tried out Moxie I was a fan. It's intuitive, easy to use and has even more features and AI assistant. And the price is amazing. I was also able to cancel my clickup subscription and create forms and such in Moxie. Switch to Moxie- you'll be so glad you did.
