The communication and service WithLogos.com is fantastic. I was hoping for a little better quality on the 16oz double insulated tumblers I ordered. They look good, but the quality of the item is less than I expected. I will use WithLogos again, but need to double check on the quality of the goods.

I was sent the wrong tracking number…
I was sent the wrong tracking number for my shipment. I called and the shipment was sent to the correct location, the email was incorrect. The issue was resolved very quickly with the person on the phone who was very nice and apologized.
What complicated this for me is that I have many shipments coming and going and actually had a shipment going to the wrong location.
It's not that big of a deal. I realize mistakes happen and I would use your company again.
