But the person on the other end didn't do what he was supposed to do
So complain to koji at beginning they didn't care only when I treated them to make a bas reviews

Scam Alert! They took all of my money in the wallet, please don't use it.

SCAMMER. Bad experience with this people, their strategy is receive first transaction from you and then you will be blocked (your account will be suspended). Please keep this platform away.

Terrible! Stole my money and suspended my account for nothing! Now not even answering my question! I messaged them on email, support, and even on Instagram!

I have spent 2 days creating my account and creating the video course and structuring the same. The link and the course everything was working fine on the created dates. 3rd day morning I ran some ads to drive traffic. But in the evening when I logged in, all my details which I filled, all the payment information, all the traffic information, (The Best Part) the course information, everything is gone. No customer support help as well. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I had issues with configuring a couple of templates, listing my products, and creating the whole shop, but their customer support team did that for me.
They are super fast, understanding of the issue, and really paying attention to details.
I highly recommend trying Koji out if you are starting your business or just using it for Link-in-Bio.

The customer service was awesome. The product is the best bio app out there.

Fabulous and you can start for free as well.

Doesn't work. I uploaded 2 locked videos and 1 video course, then paid for them myself using two different cards to see if the apps work at all. None of the videos play after customers pay for them!

EDIT: The customer service don't reply after they help you set up your account. Scam!

If I could give them 0 star I would. I had $300 on my wallet and they told me that my account was suspected of fraud? I tried to have an associate do an account review (which was what the employee told me to do) and I never got an answer back apart from “It should take 2 days for your account to be reviewed”. It’s been 1 month and after 20 emails, still no answer. Even the customer service stops answering you if you contact them more than once.

Polina helped me set up my shop front and answered all my questions and because of her I am now more confident of using Koji to sell my digital products. I give five stars to both Polina and Koji.

A new company with a lot of different features to choose from. Great customer service team, has always been able to help out if I have questions.

Only platform I know of that lets you sell digital products without a sign-up or subscription fee

while it's is just a stealing solution i got two orders for my ebooks and they keep the money and never send it to me , when i try to contact support they block me right away and no one want to give me an answer or tell me where my money is gone they also blocked my account

Per Google not trustworthy site, they immediately blocked the URL. Developer has not and will not register.

6 months ago, i found koji, and give it a try but it was the worst after two transactions from donators they closed my account and claimed they have sent money to my bank (which they didn't) tried contacting support no answers posted on discord someone from the team named Jon started a nice conversation and wanted to help but later he flipped and never want to answer today when i bring it back because i need this money they kicked me out of the server and not answering any of my tickets they are gone with my money NEVER TRUST THEM EVER

Switched from Linktree to Koji. They have hundreds of 'mini apps', modules that you can add to your profile for monetization, follower growth, web3, etc. AWESOME service!
