One Year Anni with Havie ;)

I recently celebrated a one year anniversary with my partner and I ordered a Havie lamp to help set the mood for a beautiful home cooked meal. Let's just say we won't be eating out anytime soon ;)

Also, the customer service with Isabelle at Havie was out of this world. She helped me to received my lamp in record fast time and was helpful and responsive to any questions I had.

Great customer service

Great customer service, I sent the product to my old address on accident and asked them to change it the same day I ordered, that came back the next morning and said it had shipped already but they would gladly send me another one to the correct address!

Ordered 3 of the Havie Lights

Ordered 3 of the Havie Lights, they were delivered within a week and all 3 worked great without issues. We've already used them a couple of times and they definitely look a lot nicer than some of the cheaper versions on Amazon which we tried first.

The product itself is a dream

The product itself is a dream. But the support team is extra wonderful! I’m in love with our lamps, but I didn’t realize there was a secret-touch sensor to power up the lamp. When I reached out for help, they were so friendly and made it so easy. Honestly the best product and customer service I’ve ever experienced that all started with a cute Instagram ad :)

Lamp issue handled quickly

I had one of my lamps suddenly stopped working properly when the motor died. I reached out via email, and quickly got a response from Isabelle. She was fantastic about replacing my lamp, which was under warranty. She was professional, polite, and compassionate. I adore my lamps, but the excellent customer service really endears this company to me.

Customer service has been outstanding

Customer service has been outstanding. I’ve rarely experienced support like this.

They were quick to respond when I had an issue with the lamp. They took the time to explain what was happening and how to fix it. When another issue came up and couldn’t be resolved, they replaced the lamp without any hassle.

It’s reassuring to know that if something goes wrong, it will be handled smoothly. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Outstanding customer service

I ordered a lamp for my brother’s birthday gift, and there were some complications with the delivery causing a couple months of delay. I reached out to the company through email and Isabelle responded quickly and very helpfully, immediately getting a new order set up for me. It was honestly probably the best interaction I’ve had when ordering something online and working out delays or problems. Isabelle was very understanding and super helpful in getting things sorted out.

Great product and real people doing customer service

I love the lamp! I'm always wary of Instagram ads, but this is genuinely a good product. It's bright, you can change the colors, and the built-in speaker is pretty good. I use it every day for my nightly meditations. Unfortunately, the remote that came with it didn't work, so I haven't been able to use the timer setting yet, but one of their customer service agents, Isabelle, has been very helpful and shipped me a new one free of charge. They are REAL people, not bots, so response time isn't immediate, but nothing outrageous. You can tell they genuinely want to help you and aren't trying to cut corners. Highly recommend!

Love Havie

I had originally ordered a Havie for myself, and my kids loved it so much and each wanted their own. I placed a second order for a couple more, and they ended up getting lost in shipping (no fault to Havie). I contacted customer service and my situation was promptly and professionally handled quickly by Isabella. She got a couple lamps back out to us right away and was so friendly and helpful in the process.

a lamp-lover’s ode to havie

i purchased three different lamps, many months ago, and i’m glad to say they’re all still perfectly lampful. i had contacted havie’s customer support regarding the integrity of one of the lamps, but i was mistaken, and the lamp was perfectly fine. still, the customer support team was kind and helpful as i could have ever hoped for.

Delivery Delay

I ordered my Havie light without and concerns however did have delay in receiving a tracking number and after 10 business days had still not received my order. I contacted the help desk and spoke with Isabelle who was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the order had somehow been lost in transit. Isabelle was extremely helpful and organised for this to be replaced without any hassle. She has also continued to help and answer any of my questions since then. This is a gift I have purchased for someone else so haven’t been able to test the product yet or see how they have gone.

Customer Service Fixed My First Impression

At first I was frustrated due to delivery delays. But Isabelle with Havie Customer Service responded to my complaint e-mail with fantastic follow up. I now have my Havie lamp and love it, but it is really Isabelle's thoughtfulness and attention to detail that impressed me the most and will keep me coming back in the future!

I love it for my massage therapy…

I love it for my massage therapy studio, at first I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t turning on. I contacted customer service,they were quick to respond with an instructions and a video to help me. It’s a soft touch on the side to turn it on. It seems to run out of battery quick if you use it all day for massages so I keep it plugged in. The light is calming
