The quickest way to cancel your plan is to contact the provider directly to request a cancellation or refund. If that isn’t possible, you can submit a dispute through your Cherry account at consumer.withcherry.com/portal/purchases. From there, select your plan, choose Manage Refunds & Disputes, then Request a Refund, and attach any relevant documentation. Our team will review your request and follow up within 20 business days.
Please note that while your dispute is under review, your payment plan will remain active and scheduled payments are still due.
