Back end supplier for 4AD store

I ordered my item well in advance but the item arrived damaged. The packaging for the record was not sufficient and has the minimum level of packaging for a single LP. I was told the record was out of stock and offered a partial refund of 20%. The store actually had another version, which wasn't offered. Whereas 4AD used to do direct to consumer sales, it seems this company is now used for many of them, including Bleep. I'm not very impressed with their service and I would have been better off with another supplier who doesn't cheap out on packaging.

Too long to dispatch item, Christmas wrapping paper has not arrived in time for Christmas

I ordered some Don Broco wrapping paper on December 12th and paid extra for faster delivery, and it was shipped on December 21st. I still haven’t received the wrapping paper. Ochre did refund the postage but it’s not really good enough as I’ve had to buy wrapping paper elsewhere.

I specifically paid for faster delivery to ensure I would receive the paper before Christmas, and ordered well before the last guaranteed postage day of December 16th.

I want to support the band but no longer need the wrapping paper, so I’ll be returning it.

Unbelievably disappointing.

Really bad customer support!!!

Really bad customer support!!!
The customer support is responding quickly, but to no purpose. I ordered a limited edition vinyl record and it was damaged when I received it, they said that they could not replace it because it was sold out. Fair enough. After receiving their best offer of 35% refund of the price the item I ordered was back in stock. I asked them if I could pay back the refund and get a replacement instead. They replied "Unfortunately this isn't possible now we've issued a partial refund for this".
