Paid €221.43 for a repair that changed nothing — then ignored for a week
I called this company to fix a leak in my washing machine. A technician came out and replaced parts without asking my approval first, charging me €221.43. Two minutes after he left, I called him back because the machine was leaking exactly as before. He confirmed it himself on the spot and said he'd call the next day with a quote for the further repair needed — discounted, since the first repair hadn't fixed anything.
Nobody called. I called them multiple times over the following days and got no answer. When I finally reached someone by phone a week later, I was told there would be no refund — and that the reason nobody called me back was that they "didn't know if the part was available to order." So the promise of a callback was apparently empty from the start.
End result: a full week wasted, a washing machine still broken, €221.43 gone, and a company that couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone to explain that — only to tell me afterwards I should have just waited for a call that was never coming. I had to arrange a repair with another company entirely.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever.
