We have requested a repair for our dishwasher which gives an error code related to a leaking problem. This is the repair number: 241200215116.
The repairman is Danny.
Apparently, the 69 euros on the website is the starting cost, and the extra time spent costs 19,5 euros per 10 minutes. He opened the undercover of the dishwasher and cleaned the water in it then ran the machine to check the leaking. However, that run didn't report any error code and he couldn't find the leaking position. In the end, the repair cost 114,99 euros in total and he said we could contact him if the problem happens again. Note the website indeed mentioned there is a 3-month guarantee.

On Saturday (two days later), we ran the machine again (this is the second time we ran the machine after calling the repairement). The error code shows up again. We had to remove the cover and we saw the water again at the bottom of the machine. We contacted Danny and explained the problem still exists.
Unfortunately, the reply from the "experienced" repairman is very disappointing and not professional at all. He directly suggested that we replace the machine (only 3.5 years old) with a new one, despite that we told him that we had found the leaking position and we needed him to come to fix it as a guarantee.
This reply is so unacceptable so we have to report it to the company Witgoed Brigade to explain it and we would like to get our money back since the problem is not solved.
They contacted us back quickly and had a good attitude to solve the problem. The solution they proposed: separate the bill into half and we pay half to have the repairman visit us.
It is not a fully satisfying solution for us TBH, because we paid 57 euros for no solution. However, they did mention that if a repairman visits us again more costs may occur due to the time they may need to spend to find the problem and fix it. Since we had lost the trust at that moment we didn't want to have another repairman with no cost limit.
Therefore we have accepted the proposal and we want to tell the whole experience here.

We have contacted the service from our dishwasher brand, and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes (they have a maximum cost for the fix) with a guarantee that if the same error happens they come again at no cost.

I am not saying this is always the best solution but just read carefully and search carefully before making decisions.

The comment we want to give and the lesson we learned are as follows:
- The company Witgoed Brigade had a responsible attitude to solve the problem. We appreciate that. It is a platform to help finding experienced workman for the problems we have instead of a maintenance service of the machines we have. We should have understood the difference.
- However, the experienced levels of the staff in the company are not always guaranteed. We understand the difficulty, but we hope they can involve more effort to give the customer a good experience.
- For the users, we should read carefully the cost from the website and note that the time spent in testing whether the machine works or not is also included in the bill. There is no cost limit to solve the problem.

Very worst experience with Murat, the technician chosen to repair my dishwasher.
The 1st time he came and substituted a piece that was not necessary and the dishwasher continued to not work after 10 minutes he left the house. I tried to call him immediately but he did not pick up.
In the following days I finally reached him on the phone and invited to come back as the dishwasher still did not work.
After one week and thanks to a man from the client service, he came and he understood that the problem was the motor and not the piece by substituted.

The technician did nothing, flipped my washing machine’s door hook and said “it is not working”.
I paid 70€ for basically nothing…

Exceptional technical service! The technician demonstrated superb professionalism and expertise, swiftly resolving my issue.

The website is in English clear list of services and prices. Plenty of engineers listed to cover area. appointment easy to make. engineer called to confirm on his schedule, arrived on time, found and showed us the cause of dishwasher error, not just fixed error but located real cause and advised repair could be done and cost, if repair did not solve then no extra cost. That was more than fair. repair worked and still working so he knew his stuff. Clean worker and future care advice regarding use to prevent recurrence given. So all round top service

Had to pay 65€ just for the guy to tell me my washing machine need fixing. For fixing was a lot more money. When he lift he didn’t put the rubber by the washing machine door good and know it stop working completely. Expensive company. So I paid the 65€ just for he to tell me what I already know.

Super fast service. The repair man was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us some good advice. Unfortunately, the cost of the repair outweighed the value of the 2 and 1/2 year old washing machine.
One other point was that he promised to send us details of washing machines that he could sell us and install, but he didn’t.

Kafy told me he has fixed my dishwasher but I should leave it to dry for 2 days. After 2 days, I tried it and it did not work. I called him to inform him and he said the computer might be bad and needs replacing.

They turned up within hours, fixed my dishwasher motor and delivered nothing but excellent service! Very impressed. Sem did an amazing job and is the Master of the Dishwasher!

Mechanic barely inspected the machine at all, and yet somehow managed to make the problem worse (now we don't even get an error signal). He arrived late, was very impatient, and only spent about 60 seconds superficially examining things. Will never use this service again.

I think it's overpriced. 69 euros for just 5 minutes of inspection is just too much.

Technician confirmed the appointment and didn't show up. I changed all my plans in order to be at home at the confirmed time and wasted half a day because of this appointment. No apologies, no communication, no reply. Appalling customer service and disregard for the time of the others. Not a serious company - keep away from them.

I request Trustpilot to remove the flag on my review as my information is 100% correct. Their chatbot also gave me the wrong information which was confirmed this morning by the company representative. This morning I received a call from the company representative to apologize to me and following this call he asked me to change my review, which I declined. Now they have come with the misunderstanding argument which is not true. I reconfirmed twice with the technician the day and timing and he simply didn't show up. This is not a way to do business.
