I was the lucky one to be able to rent a room with a brilliant Witeruum team.
Erika and the team was always so helpful and supportive, if there was ever a problem they would resolve or come up with a solution instantly.
I’m so sad I had to say goodbye but im hopeful that our path will cross again one day.

I am so glad to work with Witeruum. It gives emerging artists the opportunity to have their own creative space and work independently. Erika, Liam, and all the staff members have been on the doorstep for anything. It’s been eight months, and I have had no issues so far. I would highly recommend that all therapists or artists join them.

I've been investing with Witeruum for almost a year and it's been seamless and professional. They offer a great return on investment and payments are always made on time with statements. A big part of this has been Erika who is always ahead of the game and not only has a fantastic business model but her knowledge, approachability and thoroughness are so impressive and a perfect fit. Investing in a great business model is a must but equally the people you invest with is just as important for me. Looking forward to continuing the journey.

I have provided Witeruum with 3 loans (the first being in 2023 and I still have ongoing loans now) and have had a seamless experience from start to finish. The terms were laid out clearly and repayments were made on time, often early (much to my delight!). Communication was clear, prompt and transparent, which is an absolute must for any business collaboration. Not only has it been a great move from a financial perspective, but it has also been a pleasure to support two hard-working people who pour their heart and soul into their business. Witeruum is, without a doubt, going to grow exponentially, so I highly recommend getting involved in any way you can (although, from a selfish point of view, I'd love to keep all future investment opportunities to myself!). I have been renting a space off WITERUUM in Derby and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the very start the communication has been exceptional - responsive, clear and always helpful.

Erika and Liam are exactly what an investor like myself needs. Young people with a clear vision who are honest and not afraid of working hard. I have been investing with them for over a year and found the process extremely clear, painless and rewarding. The financial returns are timely and generous and watching them grow / shape / implement their dreams is just another type of reward for me. What a great experience getting to know the Witeruum team, I have a room in Nottingham and it is incredible. The building is fabulous and they really have thought about everything. The room was refurbished to a fantastic standard meaning you can move in and get on with running your business, when I have had any questions etc they have responded swiftly and even sorted out extra plug sockets for me. The security is excellent meaning as a Practitioner working late I can feel safe and secure in the building. The whole ethos behind this company is creating beautiful workspaces that are affordable and operate like a community ensuring that all Practitioners support one another. Fantastic 5 star ….now I just need you to create a beautiful space in the North West 🫶

I rented a room for a year and the experience was overall positive.
The room was beautifully refurbished with elegant details and plenty of natural light. The owner was always communicative and eager to ensure a great experience.
However, I think that having access to kitchen facilities could have made the experience even better. Additionally, I believe adding some decorations to the communal areas would have created a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

I give Witeruum a one-star rating due to my deeply disappointing experience. Many investors, including myself, have been scammed, with significant amounts of money disappearing without any of the agreed repayments. When I tried to contact the company to invest, they were completely uninterested in speaking with me, despite actively advertising for new investments. This behavior, combined with numerous other poor reviews, strongly suggests that Witeruum is a scam. Avoid this company at all costs. Do your research before INVESTING!!
