Disappointed in regular process great customer service
Bought an Amazon giftcard on wissel.nl. Despite it said in the e-mail the card would be sent to me in a few minutes I did not recieve anything. After more then an hour I contacted customer service. They reacted quite fast by sending me the code. So in short: disappointed by the regular process of the website but great customer service.

Loved it but now hate it, terrible service
I’ve been using the site for a while without any issues and would recommend it to every person I met since I felt it was amazing. It all changed yesterday.
I bought 4 gift cards from Amazon and one of the gift cards said it was already used by someone else. I complained to Wissel about this and they kept on telling me to check and contact Amazon and would not agree it was an issue from their end.
After multiple back and forth emails where I would show screenshots and they would not believe me, they did agree to refund me for that one gift card but basically by saying that I am lying to them and this was not worth their time to fight with me so that’s why they would refund it. Never experienced such rude service from any other company before. Thank you Jeroen.

There has been contact via email since last night about a new Amazon.co.uk gift card. After purchase, the code from Amazon.co.uk will be sent to you directly by email. As this is a new gift card, you are the only one to receive the code. Now it could be that Amazon.co.uk has a glitch or something goes wrong in your own account. Unfortunately, we do not have the authority to look into your own Amazon.co.uk account and have therefore asked you to contact them about this.
We have still refunded the money to you despite this being a brand new gift card and the money will be back in your account on Monday.
