Additionally, all of our premium services have 100% uptime in the past month, I'm not sure what you are referring to.

Other than the slow ticket response times (which has already been notified to users that is going to happen), I'm not sure what you are referring to in regards of the "going down every 2 days". The way Google hid this for me until now 😭
I don't understand how such a great service can be free with such few ads. I'm going to purchase a subscription soon to support that :)
The UI can sometimes be a bit confusing but that's honestly really not a problem since I can find everything at a second glance.

STUPID generous. Don’t even have to watch ads on the free tier, and 24/7 uptime even with inactivity.
Though, the Github Pull returns a “Bad node” a lot, making it quite difficult sometimes.
