SCAM company!!! Same with me already 3 month since waiting for headphones and no reply :( tickets closed...

I purchased the jawbone headfones, had to wait more than 3 months and the damn things don’t even work-they are stealing people’s money and shipping out faulty second quality merchandise-if you are reading this and have not purchased from wishaddict then RUN away and keep your money-this company needs to be shut down!

Worst online shopping experience of my life. Same feedback as the others. Still waiting for Bone Conduction headphones ordered in September. Got notice last week they arrived in Canada, but I'm still waiting.

Stay away, Facebook should BAN them, it’s a scam. I paid and order the bone conductor headphones 3months and got nothing!!!! Emailed them multiple times to chase for the delivery and cancellation and nothing. It’s. a SCAM.

A TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY! - HOWEVER YOU LOOK AT IT!
I’m hard of hearing and so was ‘taken in’ by prospect of success using the BONE CONDUCTING HEADPHONES.

I paid. I waited. and Waited AND WAITED! I sent in MANY chasers for delivery, but every time all you get is an email saying it’s On it’s Way - Ticket Closed!

Fast Forward nearly THREE MONTHS!

The cheap, nasty USELESS product finally arrives (UK) allegedly having transited via TURKEY!

Of course, THEY DO NOT WORK! At best VERY TINNY, appallingly poor sound ‘quality’! They’re TOTALLY RUBBISH!

THEN... Try and get a Refund!😂
Every time you send and email - guess what... WE ARE GLAD TO HAVE HELPED - TICKET CLOSED!!!
It’s becoming painfully obvious that I’m NEVER going to see my £67 ($80) EVER AGAIN.

This company is a scam, you will not get your product and you will not get s refund! I have been waiting 3 months for bone conduction headphones. They will only coomunicate by email and will always tell your product is on the way. Why is PayPal not doing something about it?

Rip off. Ordered bone conduction headphones in September. Never received them. Unable to track. When I complained they "put out a ickrt". Still no headphones and no resolution. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!

Ordered bone conducting headphones on the 9th October 2017 still waiting 2 months later for delivery. No contact unless I email them. Have given up on receiving the product and will endeavour to get my money back through PayPal. PayPal should remove them from the site.

I placed an order through an ad on Facebook for a product on Wish Addict in July of 2017. After a month I never received my product so I emailed them. They said they would research it. I never received another response or the product so I emailed them again with the tracking information clearly stating that the product had been returned to them and I wanted a refund. They said they would research it and resend the product to me. Another month goes by still no product or response from them. This continues for 6 months I still have no product or refund. I emailed them again yesterday and this time received no response except for an email that my ticket was closed. So I have no choice but to post everywhere I can about the horrible customer service I received from this company WISH ADDICT.

My wife first ordered a “Bone Conduction Bluetooth Headset” from WishAddict in September 2017, the package containing them was dispatched from Turkey on 03.11.17, then arrived at our door on 01.12.17.
Apart from being very slow to arrive, the product is a very poor quality attempt at such technology, and music headphones in general. The sounds are tinny, there is no sensation of bone conduction of sound, or perceived improvement of sound, sounds are audible to others around me (at a reasonable volume to the listener), the headband is a poor quality of plastic, and general comfort of wearing is abysmal after several minutes. Avoid at all costs!

Wishaddict took my payment for headphones in September then never contacted me or delivered. I've emailed only to get a discount to use on my next shop! Where are my headphones? Checked out the reviews on here, 89% bad reviews. Warning DO NOT USE THESE FACEBOOK ADS! From now on it's Amazon! How can these companies trade by ripping people off?

It is a Scam. Stay away from it. They have not delivered any order ever. A lot of complaints are made across major review sites on the internet. I have been waiting for past 15 weeks to receive an order, which was committed to be delivered within 4 weeks. The tracking details are incorrect/ incomplete. The tracking link takes you nowhere. The customer support is nonsense, because no matter what you ask them, they will always reply with the same sentence "thank you for your patience. We are following up with our courier partners, and will update you as soon as we hear back from them."
An utter disgust and unfortunate.

Ordered the Bluetooth Earbone head phones. The end of September. They gave a delivery date of late October. Then delayed it again to late November. When emailed they say it has been shipped but no delivery date. Still no delivery and now they wont respond to emails. I have requested a refund through PayPal. Terrible company. If it was not for the fact they are associated with PayPal I would wonder whether they were a legit company at all.

I ordered the bone conducting earphones, like so many others (don't do it!) on 9/20. Immediately received a confirmation email: "Please note:

Most of our products are being shipped from our designers abroad, please allow more than 10-15 days for delivery (timeframe depends on the product and where it's being shipped from & to)

Be assured that we will coordinate closely with the courier and the designer to get accurate tracking updates to you via email confirmation."

You cannot track the package on their website.
10/2 they sent another email "confirming" my order. Again, with a tracking URL that was bogus. The same date I emailed them inquiring about the delay.

10/5 they wrote back saying to allow for an additional "2-4 weeks for delivery". I cancelled my order and challenged the VISA bill with my bank.

10/9, another email begging me not to cancel, offering me a "10% discount on my NEXT order" (uh, there won't BE a NEXT order). I reiterated my cancellation.

10/1 email confirming my cancellation and "I'll send the request for the cancellation of your order." I don't know to whom they sent the request, but I never received anything.

10/29; email stating that they've shipped my order!

11/22 (2 months later!!); another email saying they've updated my order. I asked why they shipped it to me as I'd cancelled my order. This was their response:

"Thanks again for your message. Upon checking on our system here, your order has already been shipped 1-2 weeks after you made the order. The tracking number has not been updated since we have received complaints that it is unrecognized by the website so we think it would add more confusion to you if a wrong tracking number will be given. That being said, we also cannot trace the location here on our end since we mainly rely on their information online . But we are very sure that the product was sent to the address that you provide us in our order form.

We do not have the fastest shipping courier that is why delays of the order has been a problem to all but we are working on a new shipping method as of today. We can assure though that we did ship your order. It should be received by you 4-6 weeks after the order has been made. Also, your location matters. Thank you so much for your patience with us. Please know that we are doing our very best to ease your worries about not getting the item. Have a good day!

P.S.
Freshdesk, our email server has time allotment for all your queries, hence, it will send you a message that this issue/ticket has been closed or has been given a resolution. Please disregard that email because we, at Wish Addict do not close issues that are not yet resolved."

Around this time, the headphones arrived at my office, so I followed up to their previous response, along with their subsequent (and final) reply:

"I did not ask you when my order was supposed to arrive. I asked you why you shipped it in the first place as I had cancelled my order long before you shipped it. I have disputed your charge with my bank.

If you want to send me a shipping label, I will be more than happy to ship it back to you, at your cost."

Final reply:

Do NOT, under any circumstances, order anything from this company.

I ordered Bone conduction head phones On October 1, 2017. I still have not received them and my money has not been returned. I think they are a scam. I just get a message that the ticket is closed. Never will use them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them.

Ordered bone-conductor bluetooth ear phones 24/9 and received an order confirmation immediatly, with info of "more than 10-15 days for delivery".
Got a followup e-mail 2/11 with shipping info "your order is on the way to you" with a tracking no. that wasn't trackable.
Got a new follow-up e-mail 23/11 with info. "Your shipping is confirmed"
Same date I actually receied a delivery note from the local post office, that it was there for pick-up:-)
The delivery was made to Norway. Kind of late, but still... The product worked as expected.

TERRIBLE - wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Been trying to send something back - may as well just burnt my money at least i would have been warm.

Worst on line shopping experience EVER!! DON'T buy for this company! I waited a month for my bone conductor earphones before being notified on the last day that they would not, in fact, show up. AND that I had to wait another whole month. Finally the earphones arrived, at the very last minute of the very last day. In the meantime there was nothing but a bogus tracking number that sent me from one shipping company to another. Neither company recognized the number so there was no way to track it, or even see if the things would show up at all. I got a text a few days before the earphones arrived saying the tracking number had been changed, but they did not give me the new tracking number. WHAT?!? Also while I'm waiting, waiting, waiting, I see the exact same earphones on Amazon for nearly half the price. I've learned my lesson and will tell everyone I know to buy elsewhere
