As a new customer I was offered a free gift. A picture of a set of drill bits was shown with p&p of 70p. I thought what a bargain. When the "gift" arrived it was ONE drill bit!

I had the wurst experience of my life with this company. I sent back a order that was wrong
I sent it back on the 8th of February, as agreed. I have yet to receive the refund of £173.please do not deal with them as they are the biggest scampers you could find. R. Mccabe UK

Hi,the item arrived yesterday, but is far too small.
I ordered XXL even though I am normally XL in UK and USA just to be safe, maybe a Made in China problem.
I would like a XXXL as a replacement, or if not possible a refund as not usable for me.Rgds Chris

I would give this company a zero if I could I am a pensioner and can Ill afford to lose my money to this company please people do not buy anything from them.the experiences I have had with them is appalling I thought I purchased a tracksuit for my grandson a jacket for myself and some lights for the garden only to be told by wish I will not be receiving them all I have been refounded is £2 absolutely disgusting there has been numerous enquiries sent their answers are always you have been refunded £2in other words tough you’ve got your pound now go away so people please save your money do you not buy from this company they are absolute rubbish you might as well just put your money down the drain or better still give it to charity.

Wish owes me £450. They only responded to me when I started a paypall dispute saying if I cancelled it they would refund me in 3 days... that was a month ago... unfortunately this has caused me £50 in small claims court which I will win as I have the screen shot saved.

Wish is a scam company if you look at anything on there pages they bill you for just looking cancelled my bank details they will not get any more money out of me they should be done for fraud scum the whole company.

Do not order from this app it is a con , utter rubbish sent , did not match what was advertized in any way. I ordered a 1000 peice tool kit , i received a 3 inch wrench , lol my fault for being so gulible. Other items i could have got in a 1 pound lucky bag. What a rip off

I ordered two logo door lights for my car for a very low price. I couldn't find any other retailers selling them for my Skoda. They arrived from China after about 4 weeks. They are perfect, and we're less than £5. The only down side was the amount of emails I received.

Well, as they say...pay cheap, pay twice as is the case here I'm afraid. The worst company I have ever deal with...orders late, tracking is 5 days out of date, no human customer support. This is my first order with Wish and it will be my last!

I order for the first time on the 23/6/2021 and nothing has arrived and when I checked the APP it states delivered. Disgraceful

The worse experience ever this company needs to be regulated. They send you items not even close to what was depicted on sales page and customer support are rude and non responsive. One even joked about my order not being correct. The item that came didn’t even work even though totally not what I ordered. This company needs to be closed down. Just look at the 100% bad reviews. Imagine how much billions they make from these scams

They show a cheap price then triple it or more when it's in the basket very slippery and sneaky, peoole may not notice, don't trust them

Wish has an appalling customer service and refuse refunds or returns on goods ordered online. I have argued now for 2 weeks about a garment not fitting properly and wishing to return it. I am a standard size but the item ordered was more like a child's size but Wish have argued that they sent the size ordered therefore I cannot return it. This is after endless photos I was asked to sen over and over again. They are a useless misleading company and should be taken off line.

Pointed out them that there was a Trading Standards issue with quoted original price. Absolutely no useful reply at all, just irrelevant comments about other issues. Awful company. Why are they allowed to trade?
Should be shut down.

Bought a hoodie from wish, or so I thought as the description says "Hoodie".
What I received was a t shirt with a hood and the size that I wanted which was XXXL was just an XL. £45 down the drain because it'll cost me that much to send it back.
Wake up wish. I am debating taking you to court for this for major fraud

Don't, just don't buy from WISH. An incompetent system flogging overpriced, fake products. Fake reviews. Here are some of the issues I discovered:
1. Local Pickup - when I went to pick-up, they explained they had stopped working with WISH two years ago. I told WISH. They didn't care.
2. Useless products - so-called Android boxes for example. Reviews are turned-off, so buyers cannot rate or warn others - because the boxes do not work properly- with slow, blocky video, no matter how good your LAN or Wifi. The reviews are turned off for a reason.
3. Electronic products appear to be shoddily built and are potentially dangerous.
4. They sell weapons that schoolkids can buy with pocket money, no serious questions or safeguards on delivery.
5. Help service is automated and when you get a message from a human, they know nothing about the product.
6. Refunds for undelivered products have a very loose connection to price paid -often missing VAT or delivery charge.
7. Equivalent products (or better) on, say, Amazon end up same price or cheaper because of additional charges, delivery and taxes from WISH. Plus you can send back to Amazon.
8. Delivery is very unpredictable. You never know when it is coming, or if it will ever arrive.
9. Instructions are often difficult or impossible to read, or useless.
10. Don't pay anything on WISH that you cannot afford to lose. Don't have high hopes, and treat it like gambling. Most times you will lose.

Absolute scam. The company added an item to my order, charged me and sent it. They cut you off if you contact them. Avoid! There is no way to get your money back!
