When I requested to close my account…

When I requested to close my account they hung up and refuse to communicate with me. After a couple of months my " account manager " aggressively tried to convince me to "invest" a further £8000 .
Total scam. The authorities need to shut this down immediately

Dreadful company to deal with.

Dreadful company to deal with.
They won't pay your funds back. They asked me to withdraw my previous Trustpilot reviews and they would then close my account. I withdrew my reviews and they have closed my account - they asked me to open a crypto account so they could transfer my funds. I opened an account and despite frequent emails, I have not received any response. It's a scam. I have little confidence that I will recover my funds. Don't invest with Wisebit.ai.

SCAM for sure

Do NOT fall for their trap... they now has frozen my account and it only shows i have a large fund availabale. I received a message from a US number saying I need to withdraw the entire fund and someone will call me. When I talked to this person, I was told I need to pay 900 GBP for them to release the money. This is related to accumulated fee. All non sense, Now i said i complain about them. They blocked me. The withdrawal is also blocked. They say you can not trade as we are switching platform. Hence, we need to release the entire fund to all customers. all non sense.

I checked my transaction history, all numbers are made up.

PLEASE DO NOT FALL TO THEIR TRAP....

You cannot retrieve your money

You cannot retrieve your money - withdrawals are blocked.
But a phone call today - my account has grown from £275 to €22,500 in 3 months. They are changing software so all accounts need to be closed. All you have to do is pay us the training fees (never mentioned before and not received) of €1500 and we will refund you the balance of €21,000.
Operating from Netherlands not Switzerland. Netherlands financial authority has called 'Wisebit.AI' a SCAM.
