I've not received my delivery yet. Ordered on the 6th, and now its the 15th. They earnestly said it will take 2 days to deliver, so a week overdue.

For ordering, the website was a bit with the screen cluttered with unnecessarily large images which made it a hassle to navigate around.

The selection on offer was good and the beer that was delivered was excellent.

The delivery which did not arrive after I was notified that it was despatched. But, this was cleared up by Wise. (It turned out the courier had damaged the package in transit.)

When I reported the problem, I had to leave a voicemail but I received a call back from a helpful, knowedgable and pleasant person who got everything sorted.

Despite the less than perfect website and the initial hiccup with the delivery I give 5 stars because they sorted out the reshipment quickly and efficiently - and courier breakages are not their fault.

Also, the beer selection is good. Prices are fair. Commuinication was excellent.

Good price for a beer that is difficult to find online. Speedy delivery and safely packaged.

Alcohol free Irish Cream! I was searching a replacement for Baileys since I discovered I was pregnant and came across these. I love Baileys and have a stock pile of it so ordered 6 of these immediately. I was so so impressed. Postage was very fast and all items packaged securely. I’d say it is a bit sweet but it tastes just like the real deal without that alcoholic kick. I will be ordering more to see me though the next several months. Thanks guys I’m over the moon!

Best choice of modern non alcoholic/low alcoholic beers. Multiple styles of beer at a reasonable price.

Had a really good experience with my first purchase! There was no option to ship overseas, but Ed was really nice helping me out. Got me beers delivered yesterday and can't wait to put in my next order. Finally, they have an amazing stock of good beers!

OUT OF DATE PRODUCTS SOLD AT FULL PRICE. THE ONES THAT WAS NOT OUT OF DATE HAD TEN DAYS TO EXPIRE AND I WAS NOT INFORMED.
If I could put less than a star then I would do so. A really bad experience.
First my order was sent back to delivery depot due to leaking from package. Once the delivery service had repackaged the product properly I received it.
The box was overfilled. There was two items crammed into compartments which was clearly for one item. This meant that not only had two leaked, a number of the products was damaged. It was really bad packaging.
Upon inspection of the 21 products in the box, only 4 were in date!!! Everything else was either out of date or about to expire within 10 days. 2 of these items was stated as out of date on the site in small writing in the description. The picture says 25%sale and states nothing about the products date. You have to click on the item and read the small description to find out. Fair enough, they are obviously trying to make it difficult for you to find out the main reason there on offer, but fair enough.
The remainder of the order however, so 19 separate items was either out of date or about too expire with 10days left on bbe date. I was not informed of any of this.
Upon enquiring with them directly, they did not addresss the out of date bottles at all and instead tried too argue that the others was actually still in date. The fact that they did it addresss the out of date bottles and actually knew the dates of the ones that was about too expire was very concerning.
They tried to say that the products are new to shelf and therefore have a low expiry date. This is a lie. The expiry date reflects the fact that these products have low to no alcohol content causing the product to go flat and not taste fresh. It actually says to drink fresh on the can.
This company is misleading its customers and selling products that should have been discounted due to low expiry date.
I hope that I am therefore warning future customers of this site that they should indeed be enquiring into the dates of ANY of the products on the site before ordering and also asking to receive in the correct packaging.
This was unfortunately a really bad service of a product which is promoted tone a healthy substitute to beer containing no alcohol. What they are in fact doing is misleading customers and potentially risking their health by selling out of date, or about to expire products to them without their consent.
I would like to say that some of these non-alcoholic beers actually only taste good when fresh and go flat and tasteless when out of date, hence the ‘drink fresh’ slogan on many of the cans. It would be sad to think that people would try these products and think the product itself was not any good, when in actual fact it is due to being mislead by the supplier. In this case The Wise Bartender.
If you are looking for a supplier of non alcohol or low alcohol products who you can TRUST, Ocado have a fantastic range at a much better price than this site has to offer. This site is actually very expensive in comparison.
The wise bartender you would be wise to avoid!!

The customer service from this company is outstanding. On Sunday I ordered 3 cases of wine. Today is Wednesday and I received my order. Unfortunately only one case arrived, the other 2 had been damaged in transport. I advised the Wise Bartender and already 2 replacement cases are on their way to me and will be delivered tomorrow

Finding low sugar zero beers/lagers,in our supermarket was a nightmare.Labels hard to decipher etc.Now I have found low sugar zeros,with lots of choice.easy website,fast delivery.Hubby very pleased.Thank you.

I have ordered AF beer through Wise Bartender for a couple of years now and I have never been disappointed. The products are really competitively priced, a great selection is always available and if something doesn’t quite go right (like issues in transit) they’re absolutely first class with their customer service. A brilliant company and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Since becoming teetotal I have used the Wise bartender site on a regular basis. They have a wide range of alcohol free drinks that you cannot get in our locality. The service is second to none, fully informed at each stage of your purchase. A very reliable service that I frequently use.
