I’d never heard of Wise Bartender before and wondered if they were legit. They are and the selection of non-alcohol beers is impressive. Delivery was good although the driver arrived earlier than scheduled, and the box was labelled ‘fragile’ and contents packaged well.

Ordered 10 0% beers for my husband for fathers day. Really impressed with the selection as I managed to pick all but one he hadn't tried before. Great prices and fast delivery. Will definitely use again

Quick delivery. Nirvana wheat beer was really tasty! Also great to have Sea Arch gin again as it’s not available in Ireland.

Excellent choice and offers on my favourite Non Alcoholic wines.
I ordered 3 bottles of wine but they'd ran out of 1 of them on my order. I received an email from Tom who advised me I could have a replacement wine which was more expensive but I didn't have to pay extra...

Great company, great range - sources lots of AF drinks not available elsewhere. Delivery is swift. Just the website is a little clunky to use on a mobile - an app would be great!

Really good range and prices. The too good to throw range is great idea. Saves waste, you get to try new things and great value. Super customer service. I had some missing items, told them and dispatched next day. My go to for alcohol free.

I was looking for Menabrea 0/0 which is a lovely flavoursome lager type with a malted barley content.
WB actually had it in stock (unlike most people who only have the 650ml alcoholic ones).
Ordering was very easy, the price was good & delivery was fast.
Will certainly be back for more and highly recommend WB.

Excellent flavoursome lager type beer with a nice addition of malted barley - tending towards IPA.
It has a lovely bouquet and depth of flavour way beyond most bland 0% beers with a really complex after TASTE which comes from the barley and no hoppy bitterness.

The order was processed and despatched very fast. The range of beers available was good and it was easy to find ones that I was interested in.

Sometimes I order a batch of beers and some are not very nice.
This time, all 11 were OK and a few were excellent.

Love the variety on offer! Mixed packs were a great way to discover new drinks. Quick delivery and friendly service. Will definitely use again!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Appalling customer service, no onus or responsibly taken by the company from misleading and missing description details on products - less than a month expiry date on products so don’t order if you’re planning on consuming them later than a months time. No suitable resolution given, no good will gesture offered for their mistake, they will just take your money.

Won’t ever be using Wise Bartender again sadly, nor recommend to friends and family.

I ordered both the mixed mocktail set and 2x additional pina colada’s and 1x caramel cream. On arrival, ALL of the pina coladas (both from the individual and mixed set) had a use by / expiry date of 13.04.2025 (not even a full month to use them on arrival 14.03.2025). I ordered the mixed mocktail set for an upcoming 40th birthday party in the middle of April as I’m unable to drink any alcohol as I’m pregnant. I also won’t be able to drink these as they will be out of date by the time I want to drink them nor do I want to risk both my own or my unborn babies health by consuming something so close to and will be past the expiry when consumed.

I reached out to Wise Bartender upon delivery to air my disappointment and dissatisfaction on the piña coladas and ask for a reasonable resolution (IE offer IN DATE cans with a suitable expiry - not under less than a month) and I had a reply saying to return at my own expense for a refund (losing a return fee of £5.99) and also that the cans are “perfectly fine to drink for a good 12 months past this date though” which is simply laughable. I’m sure my health and my babies health would appreciate drinking something out of date and past it’s recommended expiry because one of their team said it’s perfectly ok to. If so, what’s the point in an expiry date?

In addition to this, it was NOT listed on the Mixed Mocktail description regarding the near expiry dates. They apologised for this oversight but adamantly explained that the price reduction on the mocktails reflected this near expiry - how was I to know? It is just a price reduction, no description of near expiry on the listing still.

They have since and still not offered any form of resolution or good will gesture for THEIR MISTAKE other than a refund which I would need to pay for to return ( charge of £5.99).

Appalling customer service, they clearly have no idea regarding customer retention and could have gained future orders from both myself, friends and family had it been dealt with correctly.

*UPDATE 18/03 - In response to the reply I have received below, this was the email I have received - “If you still do not want to drink them we can arrange for a returns label at a cost of £5.99 which would be deducted from the overall refund.” So please do not lie on here when I have it in black and white writing in email that you were going to deduct £5.99 from my refund if I chose to return. Again, your customer service is appalling - now resulting to lying and posting untruthful information on here as a response. Please do not contact me anymore on here or via email.

* UPDATE 19/03 - Another apology has been given as for the initial cost of the return at £5.99 for the product refund. And a refund for the mixed cocktail set has been offered for both of these mistakes since writing on Trustpilot. I am yet to see this reflected on my banking but will hope that the right thing is done.

Unfortunately I still won’t be shopping at the Wise Bartender again in the future due to this whole unnecessary ordeal. Please accept and learn from mistakes in the future.

Bought my favorite ale from them as I couldn't find it with my usual supplier
found that the 1st one i opened had a foul taste nothing like it should be
opened a couple more to the same result

An excellent slection of drinks only spoilt by some of my favourites not in stock.

Ordered the vegan alcohol free beer subscription and really happy with the selection.

For the equivalent of £3.50 a beer (which I often find myself having to pay anyway at a bottle shop for a good craft beer, alcohol or no) I can get a selection delivered to me without all the hassle tracking things down or dealing with minimum orders.

Would definitely recommend!

Great, quick delivery even over the festive period. Great to have some non-alcoholic 'grown up' drinks. Will certainly be using the company again. I had the 'Irish Double Cream' and it was lovely, looking forward to trying the cocktails once the weather warms up.

Delivery failed thanks to DHL being rubbish, Wise Bartender kindly refunded without too much hassle, would use again. Good response and appreciated.
