I butchered the swab but the results were still available and crystal clear, would recommend doing a few weeks in once the dog has settled.

The test didn't work but they sent another one which did and I'm so pleased to have found out more about my dog. They confirmed a genetic abnormality which needs careful monitoring and I'm pleased I have advance warning of what to consider for the best outcome for my dog. Friendly staff, helpful and prompt. Simple enough to use. My test was a gift so I cant comment on price.

Prompt results, easy to access. Great service.

The admin process was easy, especially physically taking the sample. In fact it was easier than printing the label! The information was very interesting and confirmed some of the ideas we had for our dog's heritage in the report which was received in a timely manner. I would use Wisdom Panel again and highly recommend.

As I’m been waiting over 5 weeks now for my results

Overall the service is excellent, my only issue was that it took over 2 weeks to be told that they had received the sample, so the total wait for results was over a month.

Good communication and very quick to respond to a query I had.

I haven’t received the results yet they’re currently 1 week past the 2-3 week estimate

I sent off for the DNA test back in Feb. waited 3 weeks and rang up to be told the kit had been lost in the post and therefore would send me another out which I received on 28th March. I sent back immediately and 3 weeks rang. USA to ask where it was to be told not yet received. 2 days later they sent me email to say he had been recieved and then another email to say would take 3 weeks to perform the tests. It is now May 1st and still had nothing hence the poor review.

Very easy test kit to use, and quick result. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to verify their dogs genetic make up.

I brought this to ascertain my cats breed. Results on box say 2-3 weeks to be returned. This is extremely misleading. Once taken, the dna goes to a UK base which takes 2-3 days. It then takes about 4 weeks for it to be delivered to wherever the lab is. Then it gets analysed. My sample got lost, another was sent, waited for it to arrive, had to take another sample from an unimpressed cat, that got sent. Then my original sample turned up and I got the results. But the process took about 7 weeks - without bank holidays. Highly misleading from what the box states. That said, the results were interesting and nice to know. On the whole I would recommend but it is pricey and long waits are involved. On a positive note, customer service was very responsive and helpful and couldn’t fault the person (Kevin) that I dealt with.

I found the Wisdom Panel web site very clear and informative to use. When I had a slight problem aii it took was an email and all was sorted immediately.
Not having to wait too long for the results was good and they seem very interesting.

slight delay with them receiving our sample, but this was no fault of theirs, they communicated wonderfully during this time and sent another test kit promptly, but our original made it to them before we got a chance to re swab!

I was positively surprised by the results. I gave too little information about my dog before the test but with the results showed very accurate information about my dog like her coat, shape, behaviour. Also I really enjoyed reading the detailed report. It’s a great added value to know more about your dog especially if yours is also a rescue dog as you get a very little to no information about them.

All instructions were clear.Got the results much faster than i thought i would.I was facinated by all the information and I'm sure that it may be helpful in the future.great work wisdom

Really interesting results from DNA test and much quicker results than expected.

Five stars to Wisdom panel, they did well, communication was first class, it was worth geting the DNA test done confirmend some of what we thought and also gave us an insight into 3 others that we would not have guessed, has enabled us to better train our 5 mths old puppy. Our test included a lot more information than we expected. ja

When we decided to fill in the adoption form, from then we knew that we made the right decision and especially for the puppy we wanted called John. His name now is Little John. Between Paws2Rescue that dealt with the adoption, house check to finally been told that John was going to be our’s & be part off our family and the Wisdom Panel helping us with the next stage off Little John’s journey. They we very helpful to when we started to find out about his DNA. Since having our pup, people & our family meeting him and asking where we got him it’s very reassuring that other people have also adopted too, or they know off someone have done it. Thank you so much Wisdom Panal for helping us in finding out what breed Little John is, very interesting. Good luck in all you do.
