Blocked account with no access to be able to answer their stupid questions,no access to funds for 4 months without a simlpe reason why.Closed my account by mutual agreement and they took 5 weeks to do it stating they were busy.Lost money all round....
They hide behind terms and conditions.....

Still waiting for a refund due a bad app design for year. Avoid Wirex at any cost!

I am now over three months. They don't let me log into my account, close it, and take my funds. The online chat they say is not their responsibility. They open a ticket for me, but weeks or months pass before they answer you to tell me the same thing over and over again. If I want to close the account.

The Wirex App is good enough. Their 4% cryptoback is unbeatable, generally had no issues using my Wirex card, etc…

Onto the Wirex Wallet, which is their “non-custodial” wallet app for storing your crypto and NFTs. Absolute garbage. It has 0 privacy features, nothing new or improved compared to free apps that are a million times better.

I have been unable to send my Litecoin out of the Wirex Wallet for well over a month now, even though they assured me that they were working on a fix. They told me on the 10th of June that it would be fixed within a couple of days and yet, still can’t withdraw. Garbage.

Fully verified old user. And today account got locked with money on it. No email, no nothing.
I will change the review if they let me withdraw.

Wirex is a scam they steal the customer funds please do not use this scam app .
They will steal your money like happened with me 😞, and you will not get answer!! why ? or if your money will return to you!!

The worst ever wallet and service I’ve never seen i am a banker working in india’s largest bank HDFC.
I found this wirex wallet few days back i was amazed that they are offering CARD deposit which is great but but but here is there is fishy mindset of company
After few deposits may be after 2-3 deposits they will not allow you to load your wallet with cards anymore & they will not entertain you so please be safe save your hard earned money do not waste it on this kind of cheap wallet/company may be they will run away in future so better stop using this bullish wallet save money amd save your time

Hoy día 24/05/2022, he entrado a mi cuenta y han desaparecido de mi cuenta más de 34.000 monedas WTX.

El servicio al cliente, ahora se inventa cosas para no devolverlas.

NO RECOMIENDO, NO SON DE FIAR, TE QUITAN LAS MONEDAS Y SOLO ME DICEN QUE ESTUDIARAN MI CASO!! UNA VERGUENZA.

AHORA SE INVENTAN QUE LAS PROMOCIONES CADUCAN AL MES Y ENCIMA NO TE DEJAN INTERCAMBIAR LOS WXT , SOLO SI TIENES + DE 25.000!!! UNA ESTAFA

I have been a Wirex user for more than 1 and a half years.

I have earned more than 38,000 wtx, using the promotions of the cryptomas day platform etc.

Today 05/24/2022, I have entered my account and more than 34,000 WTX coins have disappeared from my account.

Customer service now invents things to not return them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, THEY TAKE YOUR COINS FROM YOU AND ONLY TELL ME THAT THEY WILL STUDY MY CASE!! A SHAME.

While I've liked the concept from the start - namely to have a card I can use everywhere backed by ETH - the real life experience is fairly disappointing. Long story short while being a customer since 2020 Wirex recently decided to onboard me again as a new customer asking for various proofs and ending up with a number of emails leading nowhere eroding the remaining trust completely. Luckily due to their ratings I was quite careful from the start with the amounts I had on this account and was still able to spend the rest therefore ended up with no practical financial impact. My conclusion is Wirex is basically useless due to their incompetence particularly in terms of their "customer support". In other words it is a russian roulette for all their remaining customers.

Good scam. I had money in my wallet and it was taken away from me for no reason at all!

! Beware ! ,Wirex decided to take out 2 un-authorized Account Subscription on the 12th March 2022 .
Despite numerous emails they are still awaiting info from there relevant team, which sounds like a delaying tactic ,as it is well over 5 weeks since I first reported it to them ,with as many emails

They stole all the money from my moms account.

Their response: We changed the T&C and now we can do it.

Fuccckkking scammers.

I've been using this app for 3 years and suddenly they became the worst shiiit in crypto World.

Save yourself a problem. Report this app and fucccck them. We should do a class action lawsuit all together, otherwise they will win .

Facing problem, i wanted to use the 8€ = ( 1472 wxt) in wxt i have in account, when i realized i need 24300wxt to change in a euro or btc or ltc i got chocked, i am a early client... Bye bye wirex never anymore doing anything with you you can keep your 8€ as its block forever as long i dont make a crazy deposit when 8€ is 1472wxt so 24300wxt. LOL of the year hasta lavista you suck

If you are located in the United states many features will not be accessible to you. Wirex does not make any effort to inform you of this before signing up. I put 100 Usd into wirex to test it and now my funds are trapped. I can not transfer money or crypto out. I was told to order a card but I don't want a card. Wirex has terrible buisness ethics. Do not sign up.

Now I am blocked over 6 months and no more answer from support.
Someone wrote about an ODR platform, I will try there and also have my lawyer visiting them in London.

My account is still blocked since December 2021, no response with the assistance for the return of my liquidity, possible that there is no supervisory body that can intervene to stop this company? Numerous people have the same problem as me, shut down this scammer company immediately!
