I come back to you after a crucial remark, however, two years ago I created an account at Fillit which has as a supplier of IBAN prepaid financial LTD I had a request for verification I sent the documents requested in the same day the account was open again but what I do not understand with you is the same service provider and the same iban supplier and you make me believe that it is impossible for 4 months now to have access to my funds ? if this was true then i ask again for a closure and return of funds once again you are unable to do so i wonder if you are not stealing my money from me i don't want to be a customer anymore i want my pennies on my balance and return the transfers in progress it's that simple and that again it's difficult frankly it's frustrating to see that an institution like wireaccount is not able to satisfy its customers I will leave comments on notice blocks to share my experience and warn other users so as not to be in my case because it looks like background stealing belonging to its customers

Account is since then completly frozen, you cant move money in or out.
Support is not replying since 7 days!!!!
Guess I have to take things to a lawyer before I see my money again.
