Boots leaked straight away and appalling customer service
I recently bought some blowfish winter boots for £69.99. Within the first month one shoe started leaking badly, so I emailed winterbootshop toask for a refund or exchange. I was told they are not classed as waterproof in their description so they wouldn't refund or exchange them. I tried to argue that even if they are not classed as waterproof,no winter boot should leak in light rain or they are useless. I asked to speak to a manager to make a formal complaint and was told I'd already done that. Do not buy boots from this shop unless you live in a place where there is no rain!!
