I ordered the Denim Vintage Cap and I’m honestly impressed with the quality. The stitching feels premium and the fit is perfect right out of the box. Shipping was fast and the packaging kept everything in great condition. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I bought the Breathable Mesh Cap and it’s perfect for warmer days. It’s lightweight and well-made. The tracking updates were helpful, though delivery could’ve been slightly faster. Still very satisfied.

Ordered cap they didn't address parcel correctly it when back this time it was delivered to Wales ( different counrty) asked for refund which never happened still waiting. Would recommend they are avoided like the plague.

I ordered the Tartan Highland Cap and love the pattern. The quality is definitely there, but I expected a slightly thicker fabric. The website made ordering very easy though.

The corduroy cap's got that old school vibe. I didn't have to adjust it or anything, just fits right away. You can feel it's not cheap. Been wearing it out on walks with the dog; love it.

Total scam, label shows 80% cotton,20% polyester. Contacted via email several times and all I got were automatic replies: your email has a virus or similar. Took 3 weeks to arrive.
On the tracking info said "arrived at airport" so it raised red flags immediately.

When I purchased the hat, I thought it was made in England, if I had known it was made in China, I never would have bought it. They have all the 5 star reviews up front. I was wondering why if this is a good hat why ,they didn't have a tag inside . I have some Wigens and they are not made in China. I would have bought others, but now I'm glad I didn't. If a friend asks about your hat, I will tell them it's made in China. Take we off your mailing list. Very Disappointed.

Asked for money back but no response. I would avoid.

I messaged their support about the fit before buying and they actually replied within a day. That alone made me confident in the brand. Got the size right, and it’s perfect. Quality’s even better than expected.

The company gives the impression that the hats are hand-crafted in the UK and show a London address. The hat I purchased was also listed as "wool" but turned out to have a label that showed 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The label also indicated it was made in China. I was expecting a 100% wool cap made in England...not a cotton/polyester blend made in China.

Hubby loves the cap. I love the cap. It is cotton so it is not a "heavy" material which is why he loves it. I do wish they hadn't represented themselves as the cap being made in-house by hand! So disappointed in the company. But so in love with the product. Negative One Star - once they pass it off to a "local" carrier, you don't know who the carrier is, have no information, etc.

If I could give a 0, I would. I purchased two hats for my adult son’s Christmas. One came without an adjustable option. Both were made of such poor materials and quality, I could swear a 4 year old made them. Went back and forth requesting an appropriate refund for the unadjustable one but they would only give 50% on the one hat, stating that this hat was advertised as not being adjustable. I showed them the screenshot of their website claim that ALL THEIR HATS ARE ADJUSTABLE. They held to their dishonest claim. Such a bad scamming company.

Utter rubbish from China. Their returns process expects you to post the hats back to China, or will refund you up to half the cost' out of 'good will'. Avoid like the plague. Also a hat listed as being wool was actually cotton/poly accordign to its own label! What rubbish.
