Doesn't deserve 1 star! Ordered products on 3/4/26. The order confirmation stated that shipping would take 5-9 business days. Received an email on 3/7 that order had shipped. On 3/9 another email came that stated there was an issue with tracking but the order was on its way.
I sent an email to customer service on 3/26. No response. I've sent a message every day since, via email or the website. Still no response. On Monday I will contact my credit card to see if I can get charges reversed.
