Honestly, my experience with Winna has been very negative. I noticed several times that the big hits, especially the 1000x ones, were not being paid out correctly. At first I thought it was just bad luck, but after looking into it more, I realized many other people were noticing the same issue.
It looks like there may be manipulation in the result boundaries, which heavily affects the big multipliers like 1000x and even some ranges like 130x and 26x. That completely broke my trust in the platform.
What made things worse is that complaints seem to be ignored, and in some cases people who keep asking about it end up getting muted or banned. That doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
I would advise anyone playing there to carefully review their game history and results. As for me, I won’t be using the site again after what I experienced.
Dear Winna users, watch out. Winna is a horrible website. It scams its users and player base a lot.
Starting off, They use Boundary Clipping, and Shrinkage to steal big hits and player equity. After being called out for it, the owner of Winna, "Paul", went out to try and say that this is just for "House Edge"/RTP, even though it is clearly just deceitful cheating, and what's even worse is if you try and complain about it, you'll end up getting blocked and gaslit with them saying things such as "you're just unlucky". To make this even worse, this site is super laggy, with horrible UI, and extremely bad performance. The load time can sometimes take up to 30 seconds. Withdrawals also can be pending for more than 24 hours, sometimes for several days. Not to mention their Customer Service. Boy oh boy, their Customer Service is like the worst I have ever seen! they either NEVER reply or take such long times to reply. Worst website ever.
horrible horrible! to keep it short
Terrible and intentionally misleading bonuses to get you to deposit and wager. Support team is all ai bots and take long time to reply
I had a very bad experience with winna.com and I would strongly warn others to be careful before using this website. At first the platform looks professional and attractive, but once you start using it seriously, many problems begin to appear. The bonuses and promotions they advertise feel misleading and not as good as they claim. In my case, I was promised rewards and benefits that were either reduced or never delivered.
Customer support is another major issue. When I tried to contact them about my concerns, the responses were extremely slow or not helpful at all. It feels like they respond publicly just to look good, but actually solving the user’s problem is a different story. Some users have also reported account restrictions or unexplained limitations, which makes the platform feel unreliable.
Another worrying thing is that there are many complaints online about suspicious behavior, including accounts being locked or people having trouble accessing their funds. Some users even claim they lost access to their accounts after logging in through suspicious links or copycat sites pretending to be the platform.
Overall, this site feels risky and not trustworthy. I regret using it and would not recommend anyone to deposit money here. There are many better and safer platforms available
The site itself is a mess on top of all this. It lags constantly, the interface glitches, and half the time actions don't register properly. It feels unfinished and unmaintained.
I hope this review saves at least one person from depositing here. That's the only reason I'm posting it.
At first, this casino seemed decent, but lately I’ve noticed several problems. The site is quite laggy at times, and I’ve seen situations where wins didn’t show up correctly. On top of that, one of my withdrawals stayed pending longer than it should have. I contacted support but the replies were slow and not very helpful. It’s disappointing because the casino advertises itself as fair and reliable. Based on my recent experience, I’d suggest players be cautious and maybe consider other options before depositing.
I've used Winna before, but my experience was very bad. The site performance was very poor, often crashing/lagging, and the customer service was very poor (messages sent but never responded). The games were often rigged, and when I won, withdrawals were not paid out. Even though the app showed "Successful," the money never arrived in my bank account. Transactions on Winna are unreliable; don't deposit large amounts of money. There's a risk of losing your money on this platform. Warning!! Don't deposit money and play here!
I would advise people to be careful with Winna. The website works fine, but when problems happen the support team is not helpful. It took weeks to get a response about my issue. Overall, not a reliable experience for me.
Winna is so bad place bonuses are sucks ..support didn't help you with anything and games are also horrible specially original games...looks like rigged without chance make any profit ...
This site is not reliable in my experience. My withdrawal request took far too long and support kept giving generic answers. I expected much better service.
Good morning sir
I was using this website first time, i really dont know that is the purpose of this, but when i was try to login this website i enter to gmail but when i click it was automatic back not connecting.when i try to complaint this they blocked and + gaslit and no refund. Poor customer service slow replies.
Thank you
Horrible site rinsed me lol don’t come to this takes long to withdraw horribly rigged doesn’t even try to give anything back don’t come to this shit site
I had a very disappointing experience with Winna. The platform looks nice at first, but when it comes to withdrawals and support, things get frustrating. Customer service takes a long time to respond and sometimes doesn’t solve the issue properly. I would not recommend this site unless they improve their support and transparency.
Horrible experience they cheat on games such as planko although they admitted fault they never made it right, do not go there
The most dishonest and deceitful place I've come across in a very long time. If you want to lose your money, this is the perfect place for you. Their “original” games are nothing but a scam; every win is rigged to the point where they'll refuse to pay out.
I just wanted to say that there is nothing worse you could do financially then to get sucked into the Blake hole that is winna. Their hosts are bad, their "fairness" system is rigged and you will most certainly lose your money. Please go spend your money more wisely and gamble somewhere else
Was actually enjoying the site at first but the higher you climb the more you realize something is off. Hit diamond and my lossbacks just stopped. No explanation, nothing. And the hosts are playing favorites for real. Watched someone get a 700 level up while I got 100 doing the same thing. Brought my concerns to the host and got completely ignored like I wasn’t even talking. Meanwhile people in chat were threatening to dox me in real life and nothing happened to them. Those accounts are still active. But people who did absolutely nothing wrong got banned. So they will protect the ones causing actual harm and ban the ones who aren’t. Tells you everything about how this place is run. Seeds aren’t verified either so you have no way of knowing if anything is actually legit. And the moment you hit a certain cap your account gets banned. Not a glitch, not a mistake. It happens too consistently to be an accident. Feels like the whole thing is set up to take your money and push you out once you figure out how it works. Wish I found this out sooner.
Overall bad service. history of manipulation. Not giving bet archives, request time outs when you look for history of bets to prevent users from seeing their misfires. Just honesty is what you search for in a place you invest your funds with, 10/10 don’t recommend.
If I could give zero stars, I would!
I initially signed up to Winna a few months back when I had heard about their VIP transfer program. I signed up, and followed the steps on how to do so. Seemed simple. Once I did that, I had a look around the site. it's just so dark and gloomy.
I deposited a couple of times, the place just didn't excite me.
I closed the site and didn't really think anything further of it until about 4 days later i started thinking "I wonder if my Winna VIP Transfer has been completed". I hadn't received an email so I went onto their site to talk to support. When I opened their support tab, it said someone would attend to me within minutes. I was waiting in limbo for about 8 mins. When support finally answered I asked them to follow up on my request. Firstly she how she could help and when I started explaining, she cut me off and advised someone else would have to assist. So after waiting for another 4 mins, support proceeded to tell me that in order to do a VIP transfer, I needed to wager $100. They also said they only accept VIP transfers from a set few casinos. That was definitely not stated anywhere (it is now though) otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
I deposited a couple of times after that only to find the site sooo slow, & not very fair. The site just doesn't give me the same excitement that others do.
I wish I had gone online and looked for reviews reviews prior to signing up. The reviews seem to be more negative than positive and I now understand why.
