I’m writing as a disappointed customer regarding a recent order from the Wingstop location in Liberty, MO (a franchise owned by Missouri Wings XV, LLC).
I ordered a 100-piece party pack on the Seamless/Grubhub app at 3:20 p.m. on Friday, August 29.
We were having a party, and this is what my daughter wanted for her 16th birthday. As you can see in the forwarded email above, I had planned to pick up my order at 6 pm. I saw the order confirmation email (forwarded with this email) and continued with my day. At 5 pm, as I'm trying to figure out the order in which I pick up the food and cake, I noticed I had received emails stating my order should be ready for pickup between 3:40-3:50 pm, at which point I called the store to confirm my pickup at 6 pm. I was then told that my order had been ready for over an hour and had been sitting on the shelf since it was made. I asked if I would be able to get a fresh batch, as I still needed to pick up at 6 pm, another hour away. After placing me on hold twice "to speak to a manager," I was told that it was too big an order to simply remake, and if I needed a fresh order, I could place another order and pay for it again, but I was still able to come pick up the order that was already made, over an hour prior. The employee also said that if I had called when I placed the order to confirm the 6pm pickup time, they could've prevented this issue, again, placing the blame on me as the customer, when I did what I was supposed to do. When I went in around 5:15pm to pickup my order, which was at this point an hour and a half after it had been sitting on a lukewarm shelf, the lady at the front said she's new, only been there a month, and if I had any complaints to send them to the franchise owner and pointed to the information on the wall.
Not only is this an issue of customer service and fulfilling the order as presented on the app, but there is also a food safety concern. Why would your employees allow food that has been sitting at room temperature for over an hour to go out the door?
Came in to pickup order
Came in to pickup order. Got home sauces were wrong on chicken . Called to let them know no one answered phone and we called numerous times. Bad customer service bad service for not checking order before you send out.
Service was terrible
Service was terrible - waited 33 minutes for food and wings were cold when they finally called our name. This is the second time in a 3 week period ( came back a 2nd time because everyone has an off day ). Will not be back to the Broken Arrow, OK location.

Just ordered lunch for two. We got the 15 piece bone in with drinks and fries for $25. Great value! Everything was hot and fresh. Will def be back.
I’ve seen bigger wings on a finch
Ordered takeaway for £63.75 and the only items bigger than the Ranch dip were the fries and tenders. If I had been in the restaurant I would’ve taken the chicken back and asked for replacement or refund. I’m never ordering from here again.

Stop doing made to order! Just have it ready to go! You make us wait 45+ for food. It's such a waste of time. Everyone is in the store waiting for orders to go and y'all are always backed up.

I accidently ordered at the wrong…
I accidently ordered at the wrong Wingstop and I was sitting there when I realized the order was on the other side of town which would have been at least 30 minutes to get there. I called the Wingstop on to see if they could help us and Andre the manager spoke to us personally and helped us get fresh wings. He was very polite and professional.
Expensive not good food
We went to wingstop in ealing I think they are not good restaurants because they are expensive and food is not good and not worth it I order kids meal but my children didn’t like that because they put too much sauce on mini filet I order 2 kid meal that was 2 mini filet few fries and drink and I ordered 6 wings they charged £21 I never ever come back wingstop

My fiancé and I went to the wingstop in Ontario Ohio, when I tell you not one person had gloves, employees from the front, going to the back, touching their hair/face/money we’ve both been severely sick for two days now, calling off work, stomachs hurting, in the bathroom!! I will never eat there again! And their employees were so rude, staring, whispering, one one employee was actually nice!

Food on the floor, waited 30 minutes to be given cold greasy food. Over cooked dry wings. Music far too loud, no where to sit! Horrendous experience! Would not recommend!

Visited the New Norwich restaurant(Laugh) it was like being in a nightclub, could not hear what the server was staying, she was polite as I was getting annoyed, sorry bout that. We ordered the full flavour mix or whatever it was called then waited 20 mins for cold food to arrive. Cost nearly £19 and when it arrived it was all room temp, and I was amazed at the portion size. Never again. It's basically like a kids play area serving chicken nuggets but nuggets from a supermarket are better quality and value.
Will leave this place for the teenagers and my daughter in the future, VERY poor quality, I know it's fast food and was not expecting much but really!!

Tried Wing Stop for the first time tonight 10/10 for service and food.
Staff were lovely, really friendly and explained the menu to me. Our food- Mozarella sticks, Calamari, chicken wings and fries were all amazing and I am a bit of a food critic- I couldn't fault the food at all. Would definitely recommend and be back soon.
