Another crappy airline with an awful staff and customer service. At the airport counter, in the flight and also their customer service was one of the rudest ever faced.
Overpriced for its value
The "you get what you paid" saying doesn't even count for this company. Paid over £200 per ticket for a simple flight from Punta Cana to Bogota.
Thought that would have been everything, but they decided to charge an extra USD $50 for literally 1 extra inch of luggage from the wheels.
Some of the seats were scrabbled with pen and dirty. One of the toilets didn't worked and smelled pretty bad throughout the whole flight.
Will definitely avoid this company in the future!
