What made this experience great was their expansive knowledge on workable solutions to attracting women and their unshakable faith in the men who are consulting them. Male friends will be honest with you about how you messed up but they often don't really have a clue what to do. Female friends will be dishonest so as not to hurt your feelings and be nice but they won't have a clue what attracts women either. They just "feel it" or they "don't feel it". Marni and her coaches really have something here that has changed the whole dating scene for the better for me. Recently a model told me, "You make 60 look good".

The girls are awesome they are actually and help you. The programs are a true piece of art they actually got women I talk to giggle and talk back.

Over the past month, I've been consuming the Wing Girl Method content, and I finally decided to start working with them. Everyone has been amazing so far! From Jess to Abigail and Ash, they have all treated me with respect, and I given me the feeling that they really want me to succeed. The return on investment has been incredible so far. The wing girls are the greatest. The content of there material has been amazing. Everyone that I have talked to has been so helpful. They will listen to where you are in your relationship and take you from that point. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been familiar with the Wing Girl method for quite a long time now. I think that Marni is incredibly awesome, and helps a lot of guys with their problems. Anytime I see a video that I have particular interest in, I go check it out. However, the one person that I really have a lot of good things to say is concerning Jess. Marni introduced us almost a year and a half ago, and I have been talking with her pretty steadily all that time. I have had some problems with deep seated, anger due to relationships with women, and I went years without having any kind of relationship with women whatsoever. I’ve been starting to get lonely, and Jess has been very instrumental in helping me to deal with these problems that I have. She listens to what I have to say, and she very gently guides me as to what I can do to try to dissolve these issues that I have. I haven’t dealt too much with other people in the Wing Girl method, but everyone that I have talked to has been very helpful. I definitely recommend them if you need help in anything having to do with women. They know what they’re doing. Cudos to Marni, Jess, and the whole Wing Girl team. Keep up the great work! I am a new man because of them.

UPDATE — SEPTEMBER 2026

I am updating this review to add documentation that clarifies my experience. My original assessment remains: I believe the F-Formula contains genuinely useful material. My concern is the one-on-one Wing Girl session advertised as part of my purchase.

On August 21, 2025, Jess from The Wing Girl Method confirmed in writing: “When you purchased the F-Formula, it included one private session with our team. That’s already yours at no extra cost, and you can use it anytime—there’s no expiration.” She also said a separate $297 coaching offer was “completely separate” and “doesn’t affect the session included with your purchase.”

After I clarified that I meant the advertised session with a Wing Girl, Jess wrote: “We can definitely set you up with one of our Wing Girls for your one-on-one session.”

My actual experience was different. I first spoke with Cole, a man rather than one of Marni’s Wing Girls. In my experience, that call functioned as screening/assessment for additional coaching rather than the promised Wing Girl session.

I later spoke with Liz Fleming. Liz told me she was not a Wing Girl. When I asked whether this was my promised Wing Girl session, she confirmed it was not and that the call was another assessment relating to the coaching program.

On February 27, 2026, after I again requested my included session, Jess wrote: “I can definitely help you get that session on the books,” and asked for my availability.

The next day, however, Jess wrote that because I had said I wasn’t in a position to “invest in our coaching programs,” and because the one-on-one sessions were “specifically designed for those looking to move forward with our coaching plans,” she was “unable to move forward with scheduling this call.”

That is the central reason for my review. I had been told the session was mine, at no extra cost, with no expiration; separate paid coaching did not affect it; and WGM could set me up with a Wing Girl. I was later told it could not be scheduled because I was not in a position to invest in coaching.

I repeatedly asked WGM either to provide the included Wing Girl session or refund my purchase price. After multiple unanswered follow-ups, I filed a California Small Claims action. After WGM was served, it refunded my full $76.99 purchase price. I then voluntarily dismissed the case. There was no trial or judgment on the merits.

Afterward, I attended a Marni Kinrys Cocktail Hour presentation, which I thought was excellent. F-Formula 3.0 was introduced. Marni said purchasers would get a free implementation call with her or one of her Wing Girls to “map out exactly how to apply this to your specific situation and help you accelerate your results.” She later described F-Formula 3.0, other included materials/support, “and the call all together for $47.”

I have NOT purchased F-Formula 3.0, so I am not claiming WGM failed to provide that current call to me. My transaction involved the earlier F-Formula. Hearing a similar Wing Girl-call benefit advertised again concerned me because of my experience.

During the Cocktail Hour Q&A, I submitted three questions that were not addressed. I described my experience in the event chat. Jess publicly said she would follow up with me by email. I did not receive that follow-up, although I continued receiving WGM marketing emails.

I still believe the F-Formula educational material has value. But if an included Wing Girl/implementation call matters to your purchase, I recommend asking in writing who will conduct it, whether any additional purchase is required, and whether willingness or ability to buy additional coaching is a condition of receiving it.

Readers can draw their own conclusions. If a service is advertised and confirmed as included at no additional cost, I believe it should be provided on those terms—or additional conditions should be disclosed before purchase.

Winggirlmethod does not only get you the girl/woman you want, you get yourself back too.
And that is the more important. Because by knowing who you are, you know what it is you want and not some diluted version of who you think others want you to be. And finally you start dating woman who You really want and not the ones to impress family or friends.
Go right ahead. The rest of your life with the one you want beside you is waiting.

These girls are super responsive and thoughtful when answering questions and giving advice. Their numerous videos cover every subject imaginable.

I'm married, so a lot doesn't apply to me but overall, general podcasts and select masterclasses on mindset, being the man woman want, and how to satisfy her we're all excellent, educational and helpful. I can highly recommend.

Im learning how to be more confident with women at least outwardly. Still have the butterflies but learning to conceal it. Ive always been hesitant around women. Ive got more women friends than male friends. Ive always related to women better than men. But it was always in the friends zone. Never with intimacy
