By far the worst online company
winfields.co.uk is by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order 48 days ago on the 6th of June 2023, and winfields.co.uk have still not completed the order. I have sent them so many emails, too many to keep count of, but the answers are so obscure it is like conversing with uneducated children. They have promised to deliver my order so many times but 48 days later I am still waiting. My advice is not to order from this company as there are many similar online companies selling the same goods at the same price or less with a much better delivery service. In my last email, today, I said I was fed up waiting for delivery please give me a refund and the stupid reply was:
"I'm just double-checking if you still need help with this query? Please just reply to this email should you need any further help and I'll be happy to assist.
If you need any further help, just remember, we’re only an email away"
Is that the sort of company you want to waste your time and money with?
