Great customer service
I made a mistake while ordering, I emailed and my order was amended straight away. Delivery was very fast and impressively well wrapped. My experience was great from start to finish, I would definitely order again.

I am impressed by their range
I am impressed by their range, service and how well the bottles are packed.
In my case Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address, the parcel was thankfully unopened and returned.
Ollie and Angela then sorted things out and got my parcel back ASAP in time for our celebrations here in the UK.
Highly recommended.

Regarding the price, we take your comment on board, but feel it important at the same time to explain some factors. The wine is more expensive than on the Island where it is priced after the latest increases from 18€ a bottle, even directly from a winery. It’s more expensive in shops.
For us, we have to factor in transport, 20% tax in the UK (versus 7% in Lanzarote) and also duty per bottle of GBP 2.67. Not to mention protective packaging. Even with this we remain cheaper than duty free in Lanzarote airport so we are working very hard to keep it within reach as we can.
