I feel like I’m cheated by Wine rack…
I feel like I’m cheated by Wine rack superstore.
I ordered silver plated corkscrew with cork box for my friend, but it didn’t come with cork box. So,I emailed them that picture and description on the website were completely wrong. And what they replied me back was that “the cork box is no longer an option.” No apologize at all.
They should have updated it before they sell to anyone.
But it’s okay, it happens sometime since they have so many selections of wine related things. HOWEVER, when I asked to return this item and full refund, what they told me was unbelievable.
They said that “They do charge a 20 percent restocking fee and the cost of shipping back the return. Is that OK? Do you to continue with return?”
Can you believe this?
Why? I even didn’t get what I ordered, and why do I have to pay for shipping fee for returning even it’s 100% their fault?
So, I refused to pay for these fee and asked them to send me prepaid return shipping label, but they never respond my message.
If you do not want to be regret NEVER EVER purchase from this company. This was my worst online shopping experience ever.
