Bunch of dishonest people!
On July 26th I ordered a wine rack, which I had to have no later than 10th of August, my salesman Luis Rodriguez told me that I will have it by then if not sooner.
On August first I called to make sure the item was on schedule, Luis said he will find out and call me the same day (you guessed it) no call! I had scheduled the installation of my kitchen new kitchen cabinets and appliances for the 10th of August. I called every day twice to make sure the rack would be on time, every time they lied to me. The rack was sent to me by August 16th, it was a six feet tall rack, my order was 7 feet tall, tony the manager offered to send me a one foot extension for me to build on top of the 6 foot rack. At that time I had enough. This company cost me at least $2000 in workers sitting around and waiting.
BTW, They say it is made in America is also a scam, the rack I received was made in Mexico!
