wine online did exactly what they said they would. a mail was sent to me when the product came into stock. product was ordered. sent out to me and now my 90 year old mum will have ginger wine for christmas

Good service and communication.

Good service and communication.
However I found FedEx delivery a pain no communication about delivery times, can't track the order as the app won't let you set up an account, forums online say the same, rubbish courier.
Shame but unless there's another courier choice may not use again

Hi sorry to hear about your experience with Fedex, I have never had any issues with deliveries with them. With every order a tracking number is sent to your mobile number or email and once order is dispatched, a text or email will be sent to inform you of delivery date and times.
I had issues with Evri, but if you order again and prefer them then please let me know. Thanks
