Wineapp makes shopping for wine so simple, with its great app and platform they are definitely in my opinion light years better than the majority of retailers or online stores out there. on-demand Delivery is an Amazing service too! I sent my Uncle some wine for his birthday And he recieved it in 35mins wrapped beautifully, with a hand written note and birthday wish! Will definitely be telling everyone about it :)

Bottles missing - you can’t start a business with this level of attention to detail or lack thereof. Prices seem to have gone up and there are many, many more outlets to get a good bottle of wine at much more competitive prices and with better selection and service. Some of the 5* reviews here are so obviously fake that it’s not funny. #manufacturedconsent #hugeselection #pushy

Absolutely Fantastic App! So easy to use for someone that has no idea about wine! Fantastic selections and even the cheap wines were amazing. Definitely not going back to the supermarket for my wines and gins!
Got my order in 30 minutes of ordering and was able to track at all times. Customer service was lovely when I contacted and replied in seconds!

Highly recommend this app! Huge selection of wines and other goodies to try, all of great quality and have yet to order anything I haven't enjoyed.
Very convenient especially during the lockdown as all of my orders have arrived within the 30 minute delivery time specified, usually less.
The credit system is also a great bonus as you get rewarded for rating the wines you have tried, as well as for referring the app to friends and family.

Fantastic service, didn't have any issue at all and my on demand deliveries were always on time. I only had one small issue postponing one of my delivery because I was running late back at home and customer service was very helpful.

I ordered some parmesan crackers and some wines. you should try it. very nice stuff on there

First class delivery (30-45minutes) of over 700 products, fine wines (that you are unable to get anywhere else - for unbeatable prices!), craft beers, spirits and tasty artisan food products.

App was super easy to use and very insightful for when making your purchase. Customer service was also quick and easy to respond when prompted with when the delivery will arrive.

Be sure to get your friends involved with the generous referral scheme of which you can try all products on the app with £10 off your first order!

Have ordered from this company several times. The on demand service has always been delivered within an hour. Great selection of wines, good if you like trying out new or different wines.

Very convenient and great tasting wine! The app has a variety of wines to choose from, all great tasting quality. I have never had a problem with delivery times and they always come within a 30 minute time frame right to your doorstep. Enjoying trying out the different varieties of wine and will continue to use this app in the future! Would definitely recommend for wine lovers!

No customer service. Ordered 4 Bottles and only 3 arrived. It’s a cheat. Need my money back.

I have had the worst experience with this service - do not let the 5-star reviews on the App Store fool you.

The customer service is absolutely abysmal. I placed an order under the promise that I would get it delivered that evening (the only reason I even bothered using the app). The company happily took my payment and then when my expected delivery time came around - nothing.

So I chased them on their instant messenger customer service platform, where they assured me they were getting a courier “ASAP”.

Over an hour and a half later than promised, it’s almost the middle of the night and I am getting NO responses from the customer service team and they have given me NO way to track my order.

They have changed my courier THREE times and have pushed my delivery time from 8:30PM to 11PM and refuse to respond to my messages asking them what on Earth is going on.

This is quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a delivery app ever and I cannot stress enough how much I suggest you avoid them.

Don't trust this company. They took my order and money but only delivered 6 out of 10 bottles. When I complained they told me the wine was out of stock and insisted that I pay delivery for any replacements even though the delivery would have been free if included in the original order.
Very unscrupulous and poor customer service.

There was a delivery issue so I couldn't order for WEEKS. Finally got a notification that delivery is now available. "GREAT!" I thought, except now the delivery price has more than doubled. Not very honest, I'm glad I didn't trust this company with my money.

Absolutely terrible. Like many others I was sucked in by a referral link where you get £15 off. Hardly any wine in stock over £15. Wait for it to get in to stock. In the meanwhile they change there referrals program so you can only use £10 of the £15. All of a sudden when this change comes in to play everything is back in stock. Order wine on 11th December with my now only £10 discount. 14th December still not turned up. Email customer service get a reply from Antonis. All parcels sent via parcel force have supposedly gone missing it took me contacting them to find this out. Offered a refund on account credits, refused and asked for cash back. Wait for refund. Given benefit of the doubt and re-order. Get to payment and apparently they have no drivers available. Now if they use parcel force/couriers how can there be no drivers available? Company is a joke and can’t see them lasting till the end of 2020.

Offered a deal that if you refer someone they get £15 on first order, and you get £15 too. That made lots of people including myself posting on their social media, promoting this company online and in person. Wineapp was growing fast because they were now reaching new customers, due to the offer. But issues started to happen: alot of missing orders, I myself have an order that was due for delivery on 27/11/19 and until date I haven’t received the wine , nor a refund. Customer services are unhelpful, after I attempted contacting several times. Blaming the delivery company for a batch of orders being misplaced: which may be true but your investigation with them should happen separately, and you should either replace the wine bottle or issue immediate refunds.
Saturday 7th December WineApp notifies customers the referral program will now change and IT WILL AFFECT ALL CREDIT on app: from Wednesday 11th December you can only apply £10 credit per order, not £15 like before. Now, no one is saying don’t change the referral program, but it is so unfair to all the people that spent so much time and put so much effort into getting their credits. You haven’t given customers enough time for them to use their hard earned credits before the deal expires. You only had bottles of wine at around £14 mark (for which you are charged £4.95 surcharge) , making the deal not worth it. Messaged them to express my disappointment, the reply was : ‘ we understand your frustration but we will restock wines soon’. Well guess what: they restocked all their wines on Wednesday- when the £15 credit per order no longer applies. Clever? I say it is misleading, disappointing.
