I never received my item and I was forced to use a lawyer to get a refund.
I wouldn't recommend this company
The lightsaber itself worked well, however I had quite an issue in receiving it. Customer service would message me back once I sent a message to them saying I didn't get it but would be no followup past that. The first time the lightsaber came it said it was free delivery across the world but I got a text saying I needed to pay for some fees across the US border. (I live in Canada) So I had to end up paying that myself. In conclusion, customer service could use more follow up to customers to let them know what is happening and giving more transparency as waiting without any answers only gives the customer agitation and I wouldn't recommend this company simply because of the customer service even though the product works well. I hope this feedback helps you to improve in the future.

as everyone else stated its a complete scam and should be taken down. glad it only coasted me $27 bucks unlike some of the other victims I've read about but this is truly BS.

(jan 5th) the photos i sent you that were in the package you mailed to me is exactly how it came out of the plastic bag and there was no SKU number nor was there a packing list of any type nor was there. (jan 2nd) Let me get this straight, you advertise a $100 valued light saber at $19 and with shipping comes to roughly $27 and you ship me a $5 piece of plastic that is not even a complete saber and think this is ok and then i spend another $30-$50 to ship it back for what? a refund? the actual lightsaber you actually advertised? and your only response of an answer is just sell it to your friends or family? going out of business or not, this is how you're doing business and customer service?

(Dec 31st) what is this? i order a solo light saber with the specs and description listed and in my mailbox is something i would find in the toy isle at a wal-mart so what are you trying to pull here? it does not even look like its even a complete saber. im fully aware of what i paid for but this is a very bad joke here. what is going to be done to correct this?

100% scam without a question! I ordered 2 months ago & haven't gotten anything. I've sent weekly emails & get automated replies, excuses and not a single answer to the question.
I wish I could give 5 negative stars, I hope that iv can save someone the hassle of losing $$$ to scammers like this.

This website needs to be taken down. Bought what I thought was a replica saba for a Christmas present. After a month it arrived and it was a cheap toy that was bent. Glad I used PayPal so I should be able to get my money back.

This is total scam. The company claims to be based in the US but when the payment was processed it went through to a payment account in China. I received some goods in the post but they were plastic mass fabricated rubbish that looked nothing like the sabers order, that were broken, and the equivalent of $1 toys. Avoid this website like the plague!

Unfortunately I did not read all the bad reviews until after I ordered my 2 sabers. I never received a confirmation but did receive my sabers. One works great and the second will not charge. I have reached out several times through chat, email and a non working phone number. No response. I did get two requests for a satisfaction survey… in French!!!. The address listed on website does not exist. My son lives near there. Return postage address is in a completely different state. It least I got one working saber out of this scam. Others are not so lucky. Buyer beware.

I wish I could change my rating. I have sent an email almost daily. They asked for a video, I sent two and they acknowledged receiving it. Then nothing. I sent more emails and I get generic response: “we will forward this to the correct department”. I sent another email again today. This time sounding more frustrating but still respectful. Let’s see how this is handled.

It should not take a bad review to get good customer service.
Original Review - No response. The number listed on the website is nonfunctioning. Sent two requests via "chatbot" no response. Sent one email to address listed on home page - no reply regarding an order. Checking order status - states there is "no order matching."
Way to get a kid's hope up - Very poor business practice.
