DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately this is a non trustworthy page. A great scam! I would strongly advise NOT PURCHASING. VERY POOR QUALITY- nothing like advertised No contact or refund from company despite several emails. Do not buy nor return goods at your own expense as you WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PROMISED REFUND.

Warning Fake Site !!!

Fake site, counterfeit products, poor quality, not fit for purpose. The closing down timer is reset every time you arrive at the site to fool you into thinking you need to hurry. There is no shop in London, the goods are shipped from China, you don't get what you pay for, you won't get your money back, only from a credit card company. Many anti-malware / antivirus programs now block this site.

Absolute Rubbish- The awful clothes turned up looking NOTHING like they did on the adverts. They were beyond cheap and the fabric was disgusting. I would probably have caught light if I had ever worn them. I have been trying to get a refund since August they are APPALLING - NEVER EVER EVER purchase from these people

Fake Rapha kit - I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid £50 for some Rapha cycling gear in the 'closing down sale'. They are 100% fake - I checked with Rapha Customer Service, who confirmed that Windsor London are not a registered Rapha distributor and that the clothes are not genuine. Windsor-London therefore misrepresented the goods as authentic Rapha merchandise on their website, which constitutes a misleading commercial practice and potential fraud under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

The T&C say that return costs are borne by the purchaser, but only afterwards do you establish that they need to be sent to China which costs the same as the garments. They have offered me 25% to keep quiet and forget about them.

So what to do if you just feel too sore about being defrauded - They are not registered in the UK (in spite of the name), but in Holland, and therefore not covered by UK Trading Standards. You have to follow up with Action Fraud, the UK ICC and your credit card company instead. It's a pain for £50, but out of principle I am going to follow this through.

Avoid - it's a complete fraud, illegal and seemingly untouchable.

Poor quality DO NOT BUy

Poor quality. Do not waste your money. They pretend to be surprised that you think the quality is bad and offer you 10% off to keep the product or pay the extortionate costs of sending them back to China. Clearly a sweat factory. DO NOT BUY. I don't know why I fall for the Facebook adverts pedalling cheap crap.

Don’t buy. …

Bought a pair of shoes that looked great in the photo. Took 3 weeks to arrive.advertised as reduced from £100 to £50. Very poor quality nothing like promised. Found on other websites for less than £20. Tried to return but have to return to Asia and pay postage. Don’t be fooled by the photographs.

Caution required

This is a scam. Do not order. I saw an event on Instagram indicating that this company was closing down and there was some good deals available for their shoes, and ordered a couple of pairs that day. When they finally turned up, the shoes were terrible quality, synthetic and plastic, stank of chemicals and nothing like the pictures in the adverts. The return policy requires self pay return of goods to China (meaning, given courier costs, it isn’t worth returning). The website states the company is based in London and has opening hours. All a rouse to make you think that you’re dealing with a legitimate business. There was a postage label under the label addressed to me and a google search of the address states it is used as a shopping scam address. I will be making a claim on my credit card and reporting to Action fraud. Don’t be caught out!

What a scam

What a scam - I ordered shoes from this site, but they are too big and terrible quality product. I Want to rerun them, but I have to email them to see if they will accept my return, I have send the shoes recorded delivery back to Asia! And the company is ‘closing down’ the day after I got my shoes, so I suspect I will be told ‘we can’t accept return as closing down’.
Feel like a fool! Check the small print

SCAM Rapha Clothing...AVOID!!

Goods actually arrived (I know they did not for some). Obviously cheap imitations (FAKES) of Rapha cycle shorts and top. The top said "made in France", NO Rapha Clothing is made there. The old adage "it's too good to be true" applies here. Yes you could probably get a refund from card supplier or PayPal but only after paying a large amount to send it back to China. I will keep the poor fakes as winter/MTB clothes. Doubt they will last long.

Horrible material

I ordered a dress from the website, and it looks nothing like the picture. The color doesn't match, and it's a see-through dress that you can't even wear something under, it looks horrible. I keep talking with Lisa, but she is refusing to refund me and keeps telling me to send it back to China, even though their website states they are based in London.

This has been a terrible experience, and I will report this to the ombudsman as well. I would advise against buying from this website.

I agree totally with the review (below)…

I agree totally with the review (below) as i also ordered the same dress and cardigan set! I only tried them as their brand name Windsor_London misled me into thinking they were the more respectable winser london!

I even ordered three sets from them but they are nothing like the video and made of cheap synthetic material that doesnt even fit! The dress arm holes gape on one side while the back vent rises up to my bottom at the back! The carigsn is also baggy and ill fitting!

Although they claim to have a 90 day return and refund polocy, there is no information on how to do this! So I have contacted them and been refered to their customer services dept, on the same email!

So hopinv I dont have a problem with returning and getting a full refund at no further expense!!
Will keep yiu pisted and if i ha e a problem, i will report i to my paypal and bank and social media!!

“I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. The dress and cardigan I received look nothing like the photos – the material is cheap and poor quality. I requested a refund since the items were not as described, but was told I’d have to return them at my own expense to China. The return costs are outrageous: local courier from €23, DHL from €49.50, and FedEx from €108.50. This is unacceptable given I didn’t receive what I ordered.
To make matters worse, they insisted the items be returned with tags, but none were attached – just thrown into a clear plastic bag. The whole experience feels like a scam. Their website is misleading, the “reviews” don’t reflect reality, and the so-called “closing down sale” makes it look like a UK boutique when it’s not. Save your money – avoid this company. I have escalated to my card provider and reported on facebook.“
