Ultimately the window installation was completed and Window Nation stepped up to correct earlier or initial installation issues.

We are truly enjoying our new windows and doors, however the original installation estimate of 2.5 days at the beginning of December of 2025 was not truly completed until 8 total days of work that stretched out to January of 2026.

Excellent product, installaters were courteous and explained process each step of the way. Cleaned up after each day they were here

The windows look great! the contractors did an excellent job, keeping their messes cleaned up as they worked. The only issue we have is that 1 of our new windows arrived broken in transit. We're told it is on reorder and should be replaced within a week or 2.
But overall, well-done!

I was experiencing difficulty with the City of New Braunfel's Permit dept. When I contacted Window Nation to discuss my problems, they were patient and understanding. It took almost a year to resolve the ridiculous concern. A CEO from the company I contracted for the constructioncaled and talked to the Permit department in November, and that is when I was able to get the approval to start. I shared al amy issues with Window Nation and they were considerate in holding my contract until this issue was resolved. I'm truly blessed and truly grateful to end with a win-win situation. I have already recommended Window Nation to some of my colleagues. Thank you, and may your business excel the profit that is set for 2026 in the name of Jesus.

Professionalism and Courtesy of the installers, "The Houston Team". They explained the entire process, kept everything clean and were very careful not to disturb or mishandle anything in the rooms where windows were being installed.

Seamless transaction from start to finish. Installation was accomplished on time with work done to stated specifications. Owners were given instructions on the operation of the windows as well as their cleaning.

First time they came out wrong windows and broke one. Second time they come out they forget a screen. Third time they came to bring screen it was wrong one.
Now now one answers my calls.

Window Nation initially came out and installed the windows in a timely manner but one window glass was broken and it took a month and a half to get the replacement (the 1st replacement was the wrong size). Then the outside caulking strips on both sides of bay window pulled apart, leaked and buckled within days. Turns out the installer used inside material on the outside and failed to put any wood or foam in between the windows. It then took over a month for someone to come out and fix it. Then this installer did not have enough material to fix the other side (I told them both areas had the same problem), so it took another 3 weeks to have someone else come out and fix it. All this time, it took me many, many calls to get help.

The installer explained procedures and process, and it was seamless,obviously highly skilled,great work ethic. They cleaned up throughly,final walk thru and demo of product. I considered them highly professional and hard working,going the extra mile.Thank you,I will share my experience with friends and neighbors.

DELIVERED THE WRONG WINDOWS. IT HAS TAKEN OVER A MONTH TO GET IT CORRECTED. STILL NOT CORRECTED
