(Exterior Design Consultant) did a great job in explaining my options and keeping me in my price range. Very easy to work with. The measurements technician did a great job in explaining what I needed to do before the project started. Jack S (Installation Coordinator) was great in keeping me informed each step of the way. The workers were awesome. They were very professional and friendly. They came in and got the job done. They did a great job in cleaning up after completion. Everyone at Window Nation was very professional, friendly and courteous. They did a great job in keeping me informed each step of the way and holding to dates and times of each step. That made the process less stressful for me as I knew what to expect. My windows look great and would definitely recommend Window Nation to others. Also, restaurant voucher and trip voucher were greatly appreciated. A nice get away will be nice. Thanks again to everyone at Window Nation.

Very Satisfied
The process was very easy and efficient. The individuals that came out to install our windows did an excellent job, they were very hard workers. I never noticed them take even a short break for lunch, they kept working until the project was completed. The work was very neat and the windows look great.

The installation was good but they told me that one of the windows is broken and they said someone from window nation would be in contact with me about the broken window but I haven't heard anything from anyone I called and talked with a woman about the problem and still haven't heard back from anyone this is unacceptable

They arrived on time, got right to work, knew what needed to be done and did it. One slight issue was the language barrier. However, the one guy and I were able to communicate .... ask a question and get an answer ....

The windows and door look like very…
The windows and door look like very good quality. Only on of the installers could speak English and not very good had a hard time communicating. They didn’t clean the windows or storm door after install, they used spray foam insulation and left gaps in different spots attention to detail was lacking. Sales person told me they would install my keyless door handle and they refused, screw holes holding the window in had no plugs, would have thought they should have maybe not. Not happy with the storm door it almost covers the top window grills on the main door was hoping it to be centered more, it looks a little odd. I ask the one installer who could speak English to save the old windows and door so I could reuse them and he didn’t communicate that to the other 2 installers. I was hoping a customer service representative from window nation would have called and asked if we were happy with our project but that didn’t happen.

Windows are very expensive,got 4 windows ( buy 2 get 2 free, costs $8,200+ ! )
Installers were not as advertised ( little experience) showed up in unmarked pickup truck leading me to believe they were not full time Window Nation installers. 1 out of 4 had on Window Nation attire!

Our order came in and was missing a…
Our order came in and was missing a window that was apparently the wrong color. Our install was October 8th and the window that was missing is in front of the house. We also had a screen that had holes in it. When I asked when the window was coming in he said Nov 24. This is unacceptable and he said he knew nothing about the screen when I asked everyone to write it down. So still waiting

Installation great, service department not so much
I will start by saying this review does NOT reflect on the work done by Brandon. That was excellent. However, the service department and their inability to get anyone out for trim, and their complete lack of communication is appalling. Initial install was on 9/5. Service ticket was placed then for the trim. 9/19 a tech was sent out without the materials to do the job. There was no communication from that point forward. I reached out numerous times to the service department via email with no response. I finally decided to reach back out to my sales rep who then was able to get it scheduled. The trim install was yesterday 10/16.
