My partner and I visited the Windmill for our last night in Albuferia and we are so happy we booked it! Intimate atmosphere, exquisite food and truly lovely staff. We had the three course menu with wine paring, while not cheap, for us it was worth every penny - we didn’t want to leave! Antonio was beyond knowledgeable and each glass of wine was absolutely spot on for the dishes we had chosen. So glad we left this experience it to last, all other food after has seemed disappointing in comparison ❤️ If we have any advice, it’s to remember it is an old windmill that is full of rustic charm, it won’t have all the modern element such as air con, if that’s want you want…maybe stick of your usual restaurants on the strip (you’ll be missing out massively).

The windmill is uncomfortably hot, you are better off sitting outside. Lamb dish was swimming in a sauce that was not appetizing. Not a great experience, very disappointing.

I booked, got it confirmed per text message and we all got dressed up to go there.
An hour before the booking, just when stepping into the car, they called to say they only had a table for 2 and not for 3 and had to cancel our booking.
Great disappointment, terrible service.
