I found buying with Windmill quite easy and fast, but the shipping quote for my small item ' Monty's guitars Instrument food' was excessive at something like 11 euro, particularly given that I'm in the Northeast Republic of Ireland and Windmill is in Northern Ireland - this seemed quite steep. Once I decided to pay the higher than expected shipping, product shipped next business day and was received in 2 or 3 days. Seems like a good shop and would likely do business with again.
