They take out quite a bit of your total amount plus vat …wished I had just applied to .gov then i wouldn’t of paid the extraordinary charges

I have not received my payment yet but I believe it is due to me soon, because of Linda I have absolute faith in the process

I only had a small refund but I do think 35% fees and then VAT on top is a bit much for avvery small amount. I do believe it should be teared differently. I will not be using this service again once I’ve got my payment through and they’ve been paid. I will be doing this myself which is quite easy to do if you ring the tax office yourself. I generally didn’t realise the fee was that high but my recommendation would be to the tax office yourself. You don’t need people taking more money off you

Quick,no fuss,....the whole process was straight forward

Disappointed as I was due a tax return which winchurch have claimed in my behalf. I’m yet to receive this and had no communication from them even after chasing. I spoke with HMRC WHO CONFIRMED THAT THD PAYMENT HAD BREN SENT TO WINCHURCH!
Be v cautious in giving them the right to claim tax on your behalf!

Received cheque within 6 weeks.

My husband saw Winchurch advertised on face book. Having cashed in a private pension and lost over £15,000 on paying 40% tax I thought I would give it a try.
The process was really easy, and only took a few weeks to receive a cheque for £3,300. Hmrc have also said that in April they will calculate my tax I paid and see if I am owed any more!

I would recommend this company to anyone. After a few blips which were not down to winchurch but the tax office and royal mail losing my cheque over Christmas, they got going and secured my refund.
Special thank you to Linda Bennett and Charles Peterson for all their hard work and time.
These two really know their job and are always on hand if needed.

I didn’t know anything about the company or how anything worked. I was unaware I had paid too much tax and if I was I wouldn’t have known the first thing about how to get anything back. I contacted them, filled out a couple of forms and that was that. Heard back from them after around 6 weeks to let me know my claim was successful and I would be due a refund. In the first place I wasn’t expecting anything so it was such a bonus to find out how much I was due back. Fantastic service, everything is done for you. Who doesn’t like like. Would highly recommend

imposable to contact cant find a phone number and always an error when filling out forms. not heard anything in over a month just looking for some kind of up date

Found this site by chance and thought it was just another scam, how wrong I was, the service with this company was fantastic, and I really didn’t think their fees wasn’t to bad either, nice little Christmas present.

I dealt with a lady called Linda. She was superb. Always responsive to emails and patient in explaining things. Her customer service is the best I have experienced with any company. I also am pleased with the refund amount. Was expecting a few hundred but not almost 3 thousand. Brilliant!!!
