I tryed to close my account down in early April as i was having gambling issues and didnt want the temptation any longer so Mark my VIP manager said this would be done for me straight away. However just over a week ago i got the urge to gamble again and started to check a few old casino accounts id had all of them were closed bar Winbeast who had not listened to my orders so 14 x £20 deposits in over 2 nights my money is taken by them not a problem but then i came to my senses and had £34.56 left so i thought id withdraw that guess what they do i cant have it until i verify myself!
