I need to reset Stars because apparently only 1 Star was in the Review rating. I wish to make it 5 Stars.

Bought a 'lifetime' Microsoft Office Pro Plus for £19.99 on 16th March 2023. I had trouble getting them to send me an activation key. It has been locked since 16th June 2023.

Don't buy as not to be trusted.

Excellent after sales service. I messed up my installation and thought I wasn't going to be able register my product, but Winandoffice's support was great and after some back and forth, the problem was solved, I have a genuine product at a great price.

You can trust this company and I want to send a shoutout to Jimin and Shania for their help.

Followed the guide for download and no issues. Installed Office Pro 21 but the provided Key did not work.
Mailed them for a new working key. Quick response with new Key. Also failed. Further mail and response advising the key was checked and good. Suggested actions.
I again unistalled Office using the MS tool (google unintsall Office) and re-installed. Worked fine this time so can only assume some remnants of my old Office or 365 were still interfering. All seems good.

The team responded to my mails promptly and i never felt i was being sidelined or fobbed off. Good support.

Note: The Key activation is not a clean as it could be. This will be due to MS though. After entering the key in WORD account settings I had to close and reopen Word to get the Activation Wizard to finish key activation.

Wonderful support after the purchase. I had some difficulties getting the app on line but the Team collaborated and solved my issues to my complete aatisfaction! Recommend highly!

Past one month Windows 11 pro and office pack working as should. recomended

Be careful when dealing with this company! I don't recommend it at all! I bought a copy of Windows 10 from them for £19.99, and they didn't want to provide installation instructions. I've emailed them several times, and they have sent me instructions in German even though my emails were written in English. Later, they sent instructions in English, but these instructions didn't work. I requested a refund, but they replied to my email with a very generic answer, and they refused to give me a date for when the refund would be processed. I sent more than one email to get an estimated time of receiving my money back, but they kept replying with generic replies without an estimated date. Until now I have not received my money!

When I was looking to buy MS Office I googled each company that I was thinking of buying from. The overall rating on winandoffice was mid range based on the fact that it didn't have that many reviews. So I took a chance. I had a couple of issues with installation (no fault of theirs) and I thought I was being ripped off. But I contacted customer support and they replied immediately and answered my questions. Then I had another weird issue on my computer and again, on the weekend, they responded immediately. I wasn't expecting that. They were courteous and professional and extremely helpful and patient with me. They gave me step by step screen shots to resolve the problem and eventually they had to resolve it by remote connection. Which took all of about 5 mins. They were just wonderful. I highly recommend them. Don't be fooled by the low price, you really are getting a great product and great customer service here.
