Unfortunately my experience with this company was not great. I tried to make a purchase on line, there was a communication issue between my bank (Sainsburys credit card (recently migrated to NatWest) and WE resulting in my payment being declined. I tried again and whilst
the website looked the same (I have a screen shot), the price in the basket had increased circa £50. I called WE and the man I spoke to was nice, however he was liaising with somebody else who was unhelpful. The stock of the originally priced item had now been sold so I would have to pay the new price. I could have paid by my debit card but prefer to buy more expensive items with my credit card for extra security. After my call to WE the price in the website was quickly amended to show the higher price. I am sure if I took this further the original price should have been honoured.
