Please do not purchase from this fake company. Ordered items which looked a great bargain but they are of extremely poor quality , received late and don't match what I ordered. I stress again the material is really bad and not even fit to pass into charity shop. They will be binned. Wish I had read reviews first but I was desparate for cool trousers and was careless not looking more carefully first. When the weather was so hot, the London based web page threw me with hype about easy returns. I am on pension and I can't afford to return to China and from what I have gathered price is more expensive to return than price of the garments. Out of pocket over £70.00. This is absolutely disgraceful and the company should be banned for advertising. I'm so very upset.

Should have read the reviews before buying. Poor quality and they refuse to refund. Do not buy from this company.

Misleading product photos, very slow delivery and no customer service

I ordered the Clementine dress for Royal Ascot, assuming that a brand presented as “Wilson and Carter London” would have a reasonably quick UK delivery service.

Instead, my order remained stuck on “processing” for over three weeks, with no meaningful tracking updates. I contacted customer service several times to ask when it would arrive and later requested a refund, but I received no reply at all.

By the time the dress finally arrived, I had already had to buy something else to wear.

Unfortunately, the dress itself looked nothing like the advertised photos. The colour, fabric and overall fit were completely different from what was shown on the model. I am a slim build and chose the dress expecting a similar look, but it was clearly not the same quality or design as advertised. It was not something I would feel comfortable wearing out.

The branding gives the impression of a polished, London-based fashion company, but my experience was extremely disappointing: poor communication, a long wait, and a product that did not match the listing.

Please be cautious before ordering, especially if you need an outfit for a specific event or date.

I bought 2 T shirts with a bra inset. Not cheap £30 for the two.
Absolute rubbish. The material is cheap polyester, the bottom of the shirts are not finished properly and have a wonky edge, not seamed.
They took an age to be delivered and came from China .....!!
If you're looking for a product like this, save your money and shop with a reputable UK company. Definitely not with these cowboys.

Ordered a three piece suit *XXL it wouldn't fit a 8 year old child let alone a full grown man it took three weeks to come from china the material is weaker than cheese cloth do not and I stress do not buy from this company it says it's London based I can assure it isn't it comes from china I've took pictures but this site won't let me post them because if did see them it would save you wasting your money

I was sent a parcel containing absolute rubbish! i was totally taken in by this company - it is a scam!!! DO NOT GO NEAR! i too wish i had read the reviews on here first before ordering, please let me warn anyone else considering buying anything and learn from my costly mistake (I paid for goods over £100) and i highly doubt i will get a refund, am now in week 2 of communications with their so called support team negotiating as to how i can obtain my refund within the deadline of 30 days....i wont hold my breath. Just avoid at all costs!!!

Takes so long for the items to arrive and then they looks NOTHING like the items online.

Avoid this scam company at all cost!!! I would give 0 stars, if I could. When I placed my order, I tried to cancel after 2 minutes, because I started to doubt and checked reviews from here. It was not possible to cancel it, but they said, I could return it, if I was not happy.
This company is fake, their products are fake and bad quality. I received my order today and honestly, I was SHOCKED, I did not expect much, but I did not expect it to be that bad!!! It looks nothing like picture in their websites. I will contact them tomorrow and ask for return and refund, I will update here, how they handle refund request. They state in their website that shopping is riskfree and money back quarantee, so let´s see how true is that part in this China based company who sells same priducts what you can buy more than half price cheaper from Temu..

I purchased a casual breathable summer blazer which looked great on the website image, but what I received was a terrible copy made from crap material and poorly made. I tried to return and requested a refund but to send it back was to be at my expense, the cost of which would have exceeded the price I'd paid. Getting my money back was also similarly impossible too!
The blazer is that bad that I'd be embarrassed to take it to a charity shop. It is going straight in the bin!

I recieved my item was dreading it off the reviews for this company, but was pleasantly surprised.Absolutely beautiful dress light material as described, as in the photos.Beautiful fit, very flattering.Beautifully made.thank you.Arrived fairly quickly.Very happy.

Similar terrible experiences reported by others with this company (poor quality compared to what was marketed and complete inability to get a full refund as advertised on their website). I have only come on here to say that I managed to get a full refund by officially disputing the payment through my bank and I would suggest others also take this route. The bank was responsive, efficient and within a few days I had my money back, based on providing evidence of the purchase, plus the back and forth with the company in which they never actually provide the return address, say it will cost $50 to return the items and offer a 15% refund where I can keep the items. After a farcical 10 email exchange I resorted to disputing the payment.

DO NOT BIY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY SELL TRASH THEY WONT EVEN GIVE YOU RETURN ADDRESS . STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY . SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT THESE .

Shame that you can’t give zero stars. Chinese scam site. The product you receive bears only superficial resemblance to the advertised. Cheap synthetic materials shoddily made. Avoid.

I wished I had read these reviews prior to purchase . Goods arrived not as shown on site. I requested refund and was offered 10% refund and a 25% discount for my next purchase. As if! Once bitten twice shy so the story goes. Now I’ve been advised that if I returned the items it needs to go back to the international supplier and might cost more than I paid for this cheap dress £39.95. I’ve got to complete a form before they will reveal the returns address. Don’t do it if you’re thinking of dealing with this company. I’m going to dispute the transaction through my bank and see how far that gets me. Garment poorly made, cheap fabric. The most recent email from them is 40% refund and they don’t want the goods returned. This is a SCAM plain and simple. I’ll probably donate to charity shop. At least someone may benefit from this horrendous error on my part!

The fabrics they use are of sub-standard quality. The advertised images do not compare to the product received. The returns policy is outragiously expensive - costing more than the product purchase cost. I will never use them again. The 'dresses' are going straight to the charity shop

Shame that I can’t give minus 5 stars!! Please avoid the scammers,items so poor quality that I would be ashamed to give something like that for free. Returns impossible to process,they ask for $30-70 per item .They can’t provide even return address.Avoid this company,I’m surprised that they can trade to be honest.
