I went to the first day of a 3 day festival. After my day i tried to get what was left on my bracelet. I could not get reimbursed, the page was just "unavailable" : no dates, no countdown, nothing.
2 weeks later (16 days) I am trying to get the money back and the page is in 404. You had 14 days exactly to ask for your money back. There was 4 emails requiring me to add money to the bracelet prior to the event, 0 to tell me to get my money back.
Cashless is in itself a scam, but understandable for big organisations. However, going cashless doesn't mean stealing money using scamming tactics.
Very disappointing.
