Needed replacement handle for suitcase. Item was sent and received promptly and when we had problems fitting it (we are in our 80s) spoke to Ash who was extremely helpful and talked us through the process. Excellent customer service

Very good customer service
I had requested engraving but hadn’t done my exit properly so had had not paid for the engraving and I sent an email got a response and paid the correct amount and the engraving was perfect and what was requested the wallet is very nice and better quality and a bit bigger than I expected it is for a gift but I would consider getting another one for a different occasion

The only comment I really have is that the description is quite confusing as even when you click for one case, it comes up in basket as set of cases so I was a bit worried that I was getting more than I wanted and would I Then be charged more later.
