I ordered two pillows from Will Sleep, but unfortunately, they were not what I expected, so I decided to return them. However, it has been impossible to get in touch with the company. I’ve tried multiple times via email and social media, but received no reply at all.

Because there’s been zero communication, I couldn’t complete the return process and never received my refund. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I am still trying to get in touch with Will Sleep. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from Will Sleep, the lack of customer service is unacceptable.

My parcel got stolen in the common area where I live. I tried to got in contact with them many times through email, but they don’t respond to any of my emails. Don’t buy here

Cant get no contact what so ever with them! Not thru email or calling or Instagram. They dont respond at all and now i am stuck because i cant return my order! This is called scamming! Dont buy here!

Multiple queries are asked till date for order#241244441 but no response for a single query yet. Not happy with the ignorance towards customer queries. The return process is not clear and no direct support contact available nor email option works. Not sure if its a valid contact option available on the website. Did not expect this from a good rated vendor on Trust pilot. Not sure if the rating what I see is genuine.

I placed an order on 19th of January, the order status is completed, but it's not even out for delivery yet despite their promise of next day delivery.

I contacted the customer service asking to cancel my order, and haven't heard anything from them either.

Very disappointed.
